Yes, I use technology quite frequently, especially in my daily routines. For example, I rely on my laptop and smartphone for both work and leisure. Whether it’s preparing lessons, researching for my dissertation, or practicing English online, technology plays a crucial role in my productivity. Additionally, I enjoy using apps to stay organized and improve my skills.

In my free time, I like to go for walks because it helps me relax and clear my mind. I also enjoy playing video games as a way to unwind and have fun. Sometimes, I focus on self-improvement activities like reading about psychology or forming better habits to stay disciplined.

✅ 3. Do you play any musical instruments?
Unfortunately, I don’t play any musical instruments at the moment. However, I’ve always admired people who can play, and I think learning to play something like the guitar or piano would be a great skill to develop in the future.
