For example, many students join study groups, watch tutorials, and share creative projects online. This can improve their knowledge and inspire new interests that might not be available in their local community.

However, the negative consequences can be quite significant. Excessive social media use often leads to addiction, poor concentration, and less time for real-life activities. Many young people compare themselves to unrealistic online images, which can damage their confidence and emotional well-being.

To reduce these problems, young people should set time limits and schools should teach digital safety. Parents and teachers must guide them on how to use social media wisely instead of banning it completely.

In conclusion, social media can be useful, but only when used carefully and in moderation.
