Plastic pollution has become one of the most serious environmental problems today. I strongly believe that it not only harms nature but also poses significant risks to human health and wildlife.

Firstly, plastic waste damages oceans, rivers, and landscapes.
Many animals, including turtles, fish, and birds, often mistake plastic for food, which can lead to injury or death. Moreover, microplastics enter the food chain, eventually reaching humans and potentially causing long-term health problems. In cities,overflowing plastic waste clogs drains, leading to flooding and unsanitary conditions.


To solve these problems, governments, companies, and individuals must take action. Recycling and banning single-use plastics can significantly reduce waste. People can also switch to reusable bags, bottles, and containers. Educational campaigns are important to raise awareness about responsible consumption and the environmental impact of plastic. Communities could organize clean-up events to remove waste from beaches, parks, and streets, which will protect nature and inspire collective responsibility.

In conclusion, plastic pollution is a global challenge, but with conscious effort and sustainable practices, it can be controlled. Everyone’s participation is essential to create a cleaner, healthier environment for present and future generations.

Zoos are a controversial topic — some people love them, while others believe they should no longer exist. Personally, I believe zoos should only exist if they focus on conservation and animal welfare.

There’s no question that some zoos in the past treated animals poorly. Small cages, lack of stimulation, and unethical practices were common. That kind of zoo shouldn’t exist in the 21st century

However, many modern zoos have improved. They now focus on protecting endangered species, supporting breeding programs, and educating the public. For example, zoos have helped save animals like the California condor and giant panda.

Children and adults alike can learn to care about wildlife when they see animals up close. But this must be done ethically — large enclosures, natural habitats,
and mental stimulation are essential.

Ultimately, zoos should not be entertainment centers.They should act as centers for education, research, and protection. If they can meet these goals, they deserve to continue. If not, they should be replaced with sanctuaries or virtual learning experiences.

In conclusion, zoos can still play a role today — but only if they truly respect and prioritize animal wellbeing.
