We had a productive discussion with regard to NCAC arbitration proceedings, exchange of initiatives and building strong partnerships as well as a detailed presentation on NCAC arbitration proceedings by Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC. We believe strong cross-border collaboration like this are crucial for fostering greater economic cooperation between Cambodia and China.

The organization of Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake 7 & 8 Intermediate Level is one of the activities the Centre strives to achieve its missions to ensure the quality of arbitration proceeding in Cambodia as stated in the Law on Commercial Arbitration and sub-decree on the organization and functioning of the NCAC.
