វិធានស្តីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២១

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបសាធារណជនឲ្យបានជ្រាបថា វិធានស្តីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២១ ដែលត្រូវបានអនុម័តដោយមហាសន្និបាតកាលពីពេលកន្លងទៅនេះ ត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាសាធារណៈមានពីរភាសា គឺភាសាខ្មែរ និងភាសាអង់គ្លេស ចាប់ពីពេលនេះតទៅ។

Webinar on Emergency Arbitrator & Expedited Procedure under 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules

Emergency Arbitrator is a mechanism which allows parties to request for interim measures before the constitution of the tribunal. Our speakers will cover the overview of the Emergency Arbitrator proceedings under 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules and practical experience in international arbitration.

Expedited Procedure is a new procedure under 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules that allows parties to resolve their disputes within 270 calendar days. Our speakers will present the overview of the procedure and share insight based on practical experience.

Remark of the NCAC President on the entry into force of the 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules "With the adoption of this New Rules, NCAC has achieved an important milestone in its mission to improve effectiveness of the commercial dispute resolution through arbitration in accordance with international standard. This will certainly contribute to the betterment of business environment in the Kingdom of Cambodia."

ម.ជ.ម. មានកិត្តិយសសូមជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជនទាំងអស់ឲ្យបានជ្រាបថា៖ ម.ជ.ម. សម្រេចកំណត់យកថ្ងៃទី២១ សីហា ២០២១ ជាកាលបរិច្ឆេទបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញមជ្ឈត្តការ ជំនាន់៤ ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ។ អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះកន្លងមកសូមជ្រាបជាព័ត៌មាន។ សម្រាប់ លោក លោកស្រី ដែលមិនទាន់បានចុះឈ្មោះ សូមរួសរាន់ចុះឈ្មោះឲ្យបានមុនថ្ងៃទី១៣ សីហា ២០២១។
