មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលបានចូលរួមជាស្ថាប័នគាំទ្រ នៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៣ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។
គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា គឺជាស្ថាប័នឯករាជ្យ ដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយច្បាប់នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៥ ក្នុងការចូលរួមបម្រើវិស័យច្បាប់នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក៏ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកជាស្ថាប័នមួយ ដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំមេធាវីទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំផ្នែកច្បាប់ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព សមត្ថភាព ឥរិយាបថ សីលធម៌ វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងសេវាសាធារណៈក្នុងវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាប់។

គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា គឺជាស្ថាប័នឯករាជ្យ ដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយច្បាប់នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៩៥ ក្នុងការចូលរួមបម្រើវិស័យច្បាប់នៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក៏ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកជាស្ថាប័នមួយ ដែលប្រមូលផ្តុំមេធាវីទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីធ្វើការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំផ្នែកច្បាប់ប្រកបដោយគុណភាព សមត្ថភាព ឥរិយាបថ សីលធម៌ វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងសេវាសាធារណៈក្នុងវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាប់។
កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៣ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. គឺជាការប្រកួតប្រជែងលើដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ សម្រាប់ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋនេះ នឹងធ្វើឡើងជាភាសាខ្មែរក្រោមច្បាប់កម្ពុជា និងវិធានស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ របស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

In the morning of December 21, 2023, Mr. KIM San, Vice President of NCAC and Mr. TE Ponloeu, member of the NCAC Executive Board, welcomed a delegation from the CCPIT Yunnan Sub-council under the direction of Mr. Li Rengui, Secretary General. The CCPIT Yunnan Sub Council is a local organization of businesses and companies in Kunming with the intention to develop and further the interests of local companies and businesses in China. Many businesses are international operating companies with offices in China.
We had a productive discussion with regard to NCAC arbitration proceedings, exchange of initiatives and building strong partnerships as well as a detailed presentation on NCAC arbitration proceedings by Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC. We believe strong cross-border collaboration like this are crucial for fostering greater economic cooperation between Cambodia and China.

On 06 January 2024 at GIA Tower, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) conducts the Opening ceremony of Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake 7 & 8 “Intermediate Level”, presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC and Mr. BUN Youdy, Trainer. The organization of Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake 7 & 8 Intermediate Level is one of the activities the Centre strives to achieve its missions to ensure the quality of arbitration proceeding in Cambodia as stated in the Law on Commercial Arbitration and sub-decree on the organization and functioning of the NCAC.
