នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៤រោចខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំរោង ឆស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៧ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំការប្រឡងដើម្បីទទួលបានលក្ខណសម្បត្តិចុះបញ្ជីជាមជ្ឈត្តករនៅ ម.ជ.ម. ដូចមានចែងក្នុងប្រការ ១២.១ (ឃ) នៃបទបញ្ជផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមនៃវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មជំនាន់ទី៨។
ការប្រឡងនេះត្រូវបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. និងជាប្រធានគណៈមេប្រយោគ ព្រមជាមួយ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករបណ្ឌិត ភិន សុវត្តិ សមាជិកគណៈកម្មាការចេញវិញ្ញាសា និងលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ តែ ពន្លឺ សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ និងជាអនុរក្ស នៅអគារ ជី.អាយ.អេ (GIA Tower)។

On 27 April 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) conducts an Examination Assessing Qualification to be registered as an Arbitrator at the NCAC as stated in Article 12.1 (d) of NCAC Internal Rules for trainees of Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course, Intake 8.
The Examination conducts under the direction of Arbitrator SAN Kiri, NCAC President, Chaiman of the Examination Committee along with Arbitrator Ph.D PHIN Sovath Member of Examination Committee and Arbitrator TE Ponloeu, Member of NCAC Executive Board and Invigilator, at the GIA Tower.

នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី "ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសេវាសន្ធានកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម." នៅអគារ ជី អាយ អេ។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. រួមជាមួយនឹងការចូលរួមពីវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសដែលសុទ្ធសឹងតែជាសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម. និងបានទទួលស្គាល់គុណវុឌ្ឍិដោយ Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) នៅទីក្រុង ឡុងដ៍ ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស។ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសទាំងអស់បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ក៏ដូចជាឆ្លើយទៅនឹងសំណួររបស់អ្នកចូលរួមពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងសេវាសន្ធានកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ផងដែរ។

On Thursday, 16 May 2024 National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) has conducted a Seminar on the "Introduction to NCAC Commercial Mediation Service" at GIA Tower.
This seminar presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC and NCAC Registered Mediator who are accredited from Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, United Kingdom as our guest speakers. Our speakers engaged in an interactive Q&A session, addressing specific questions from participants.
Additionally, the seminar was participated by Representatives from the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR), International Finance Corporation (IFC), National and International Chamber of Commerce, as well as various institutions which includes legal practitioner, legal association, insurance companies, business associations, professional and educational institutions and other relevant institutions.
NCAC would like to wholeheartedly express our deepest gratitude to our honorable speakers and participants for their valuable time and engagement which contributed to the success of the event.
