On 28 August 2024, Mr. SAN Kiri, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), was invited as panelist in the panel discussion under the topic " Mediation Practice after the Singapore Convention among the BnR and RECP Regions" held in Singapore.
The panel discussion was hosted by Beijing Retio Legal and Commercial Service Center for BRI and Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore), SMP and co-organized from DeHeng Law Offices Singapore Office and InteLaw GBA; BnR International Commercial Mediation Center (BNRMC) Singapore Mediation Office; ResoX Pte. Ltd.
The panel discussion has extended invitations to distinguished speakers from diverse countries, each delivering keynote speeches on the mediation practice after the Singapore convention among RCEP rejoins. In addition to this, the discussion has been enriched by the participation as legal practitioners and investors.
