នារសៀល ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំនូវពិធីជួបជុំអាហារសាមគ្គីសម្រាប់ លោក ឃុត ឧត្តម អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងសំណុំរឿង នៃ ម.ជ.ម. ដែល លោក ឈានទៅចាប់ផ្តើមជំហ៊ានថ្មីនៅក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ ដើម្បីពង្រីកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មី។
រយៈពេលជិត ៤ឆ្នាំ កន្លងមកនេះ លោក ឧត្តម បានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចគួរឱ្យកោតសរសើរ និងសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនសម្រាប់ ម.ជ.ម.។ លោក ឧត្តម ជាបុគ្គលិកម្នាក់ដែលមានភាពឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម និងមានគំនិតឆ្នៃប្រឌិតខ្ពស់ លោកក៏បានបំពេញការងារយ៉ាងល្អក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងសំណុំរឿងរបស់ ម.ជ.ម.។
ដើម្បីជាការថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការបំពេញភារកិច្ចកន្លងមកនេះ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. បានប្រគល់ជូននូវលិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ចំពោះ លោក ឧត្តម ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលា និងកម្លាំងកាយចិត្តកន្លងមកសម្រាប់វឌ្ឍនភាពរបស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

On Friday, 27 September 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) bid farewell to Mr. KHUT Oudam, NCAC Case Manager, he intend to pursue new opportunities in legal field as he endeavors to advance toward his future goal.
Throughout the past almost 4 years, Mr. Oudam has performed admirably and accomplished significant achievements for NCAC. Mr. Oudam has been diligently in his duties and creativity. He have done very well in the position as NCAC Case Manager.
As a token of gratitude for his achievements, Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, presented Mr. Oudam with a Certificate of Appreciation on his contribution for the NCAC.
