ក្នុងជំនួបនេះផងដែរ លោកប្រធាន សាន គីរី បានធ្វើការអបអរសាទរចំពោះការចូលកាន់តំណែងរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម សាំង វណ្ណៈ ជាប្រធាននៃគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៃអាណត្តិទី១៥ និងសហការី ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាការងារក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។ កិច្ចសហការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរមានលក្ខណៈស្របតាមចក្ខុវិស័យរួមក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌ និងលើកកម្ពស់យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

On 02 December 2024, the Executive Board Members and NCAC General Secretariat Team, under the direction of Mr. SAN Kiri, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), had a courtesy meeting and fruitful discussion with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) represented by His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President, and BAKC Board Members.
In this meeting, NCAC President, extends his sincere congratulation to His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President on his recent appointment as the new president for the 15th mandate and his associates as well as having fruitful discussion in purpose of strengthening the cooperation between both institutions. The cooperation between both institutions aligns with the shared vision of strengthening the justice system and enhancing the effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution.
Following this discussion, NCAC presented NCAC Mediation Rules and related rules for the benefits of BAKC members in fostering the development of alternative dispute resolution.

On December 5, 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) hosted a training session for students from the English Language Bachelor of Laws (ELBBL) program at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). This initiative aimed to prepare the students for the prestigious 20th International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commercial Mediation Competition, scheduled to take place in February 2025 in Paris, France.
This practice session was led by Mr. SO Mosseny, NCAC Registered Mediator, who generously volunteered his time to serve as a mediator. He provided hands-on training, constructive feedback, and strategic guidance to help the students, Ms. TAING Kimsou and Ms. KOEUT Sokunpanita, prepare for the competition.
NCAC is proud to support these aspiring legal professionals and remains committed to fostering the growth of alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia.

The General Secretariat of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is honored to inform all Arbitrator and Legal Entity Members registered with NCAC that: pursuant to Article 12.7, Article 13.6 and Article 17 of NCAC 2021 Internal Rules, the General Secretariat of NCAC has started to accept Application for Renewal of Annual Registration and Annual Contribution for 2025 from the date of this notification until 31 December 2024.
To renew the Annual Registration for 2025 Membership, please complete the enclosed Application for Annual Membership Renewal and submit to the General Secretariat of the NCAC or via E-mail MEMBERSHIP@NCAC.ORG.KH by 01 January 2025 with attachment of payment receipt of Annual Contribution as determined in the Invoice attached herewith.

អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនលោក លោកស្រីជាសមាជិកមជ្ឈត្តករ និងសមាជិកនីតិបុគ្គល ដែលបានចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម. ទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា៖ អនុលោមតាម ប្រការ ១២.៧ ប្រការ ១៣.៦ និងប្រការ១៧ នៃបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុង របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២១ អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ចាប់ផ្តើមទទួលពាក្យសុំចុះបញ្ជីបន្តសាជាថ្មី និងការបង់ភាគទានប្រចាំឆ្នាំសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ចាប់ពីកាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃសេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងនេះ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤។
ដើម្បីចុះបញ្ជីបន្តសាជាថ្មីប្រចាំឆ្នាំសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សូមលោក លោកស្រី បំពេញពាក្យស្នើសុំចុះបញ្ជីបន្តសមាជិកភាពសាជាថ្មី ហើយបញ្ជូនមកកាន់អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ដោយផ្ទាល់ ឬតាមរយៈអ៊ីម៉ែល MEMBERSHIP@NCAC.ORG.KH ឱ្យបានត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយមានភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយនូវវិក្កយបត្របង់ភាគទានប្រចាំឆ្នាំ តាមការកំណត់នៅក្នុងវិក្កយបត្រ ដូចមានភ្ជាប់ជាមួយនឹងសេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងនេះ។

The General Secretariat of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is honored to inform all Arbitrator and Legal Entity Members registered with NCAC that: pursuant to Article 12.7, Article 13.6 and Article 17 of NCAC 2021 Internal Rules, the General Secretariat of NCAC has started to accept Application for Renewal of Annual Registration and Annual Contribution for 2025 from the date of this notification until 31 December 2024.
To renew the Annual Registration for 2025 Membership, please complete the enclosed Application for Annual Membership Renewal and submit to the General Secretariat of the NCAC or via E-mail MEMBERSHIP@NCAC.ORG.KH by 01 January 2025 with attachment of payment receipt of Annual Contribution as determined in the Invoice attached herewith.

“ESG ADR Forum Launch Event”
On December 12, 2024, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) represented by Secretary General Ms. MATH Fanita, participated in the launch of the ESG ADR Forum, organized by Legal Plus and L2 i-CON International at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
To commemorate this significant event, a Bamboo Palm (Chamaedorea seifrizii) was planted, symbolizing resilience, sustainability, and harmony—values central to the ESG ADR Forum and L2’s commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration in global Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices.
NCAC is honored to witnessed this symbolic act highlighted the collective responsibility to inspire positive change and emphasized hopeful growth in dispute resolution on both regional and global scales.
Ms. Fanita was also invited to be a panelist in a panel discussion addressing the topic of: “Driving the Future of Responsible ADR,” which focused on how ESG principles can be integrated into Alternative Dispute Resolution. The panelists discussed the role of these principles in promoting sustainable business practices, building trust, and enhancing ethical governance within dispute resolution processes.
Moreover, Mr. Djamel El Akra, a respected NCAC Arbitrator and member of the NCAC Education and Training Committee, participated as a panelist in a discussion at the Launch Event entitled “Resolving ESG-Related Disputes through ADR.” In this session, he collaborated with distinguished international experts to share practical insights and real-world examples of ESG disputes, focusing on effective strategies for their resolution and management.
To mark this memorable occasion, NCAC presented a souvenir to Mr. Hongkit Leong, Co-Founder of L2 i-CON International as a token of appreciation of the invitation and recognizing their significant contributions to advancing responsible ADR practices.
