The National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is honoured to introduce the distinguished assessors for the upcoming Commercial Mediation Training Course – Intake 1, scheduled for 08 February 2025.
This training will be assessed by:
- Mr. SAN Kiri, NCAC President, Commercial Arbitrator, CEDR Accredited Mediator, and NCAC Register Mediator
- Mrs. PROM Savada, Partner at Rajah & Tann Sok & Heng Law Office, CEDR Accredited Mediator and NCAC Registered Mediator
- Mr. BUN Youdy, Managing Partner of Bun & Associates, Commercial Arbitrator, CEDR Accredited Mediator, and NCAC Registered Mediator
- Mr. SO Mosseny, NCAC Board Member, Managing Partner of SP Khmer Legal Law Office, Commercial Arbitrator, CEDR Accredited Mediator, and NCAC Registered Mediator
For this training course, the number of trainees is limited to twelve (12) trainees only. NCAC requires individuals to attend the training session in person at the designated venue organized by NCAC and individuals are required to complete all 5 (five) days of the training program.

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ នឹងត្រូវវាយតម្លៃដោយ៖

- លោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ ព្រំ សាវតា ដៃគូសហការនៅការិយាល័យមេធាវី រ៉ាចា & តាន់ សុខ & ហេង មជ្ឈត្តករពាណិជ្ជកម្ម CEDR Accredited Mediator និងសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម.
- លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ប៊ុន យូឌី ប្រធាននៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី ប៊ុន និងសហការី មជ្ឈត្តករពាណិជ្ជកម្ម CEDR Accredited Mediator និងសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម.
- លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សូ មូស្សេន្នី សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិនៃ ម.ជ.ម. ប្រធាននៃការិយាល័យមេធាវី អេសភីខ្មែរឡេហ្គាល មជ្ឈត្តករពាណិជ្ជកម្ម CEDR Accredited Mediator និងសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម.
សម្រាប់វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ម.ជ.ម. បានកំណត់ចំនួនសិក្ខាកាមត្រឹមតែ ដប់ពីរ (១២) រូប តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ សិក្ខាកាមតម្រូវឱ្យចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដោយផ្ទាល់ នៅទីកន្លែងដែលបានកំណត់ដោយ ម.ជ.ម. និងចូលរួមរយៈពេល ៥ (ប្រាំ) ថ្ងៃ ពេញ។
