វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជំនាន់១០ កម្រិតបឋម

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសសូមជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជនទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា៖ ម.ជ.ម. នឹងធ្វើការបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពី ជំនាញមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជំនាន់១០ កម្រិតបឋម ដែលនឹងចាប់ផ្ដើមនៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខាងមុខនេះ។
សម្រាប់វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះផងដែរ ម.ជ.ម. នឹងអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិក្ខាកាម ដែលកំពុងស្នាក់នៅ ឬបំពេញបេសកម្មនៅបរទេសអាចចូលរៀនពីចម្ងាយតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញពីចម្ងាយ។ ដោយឡែក សម្រាប់សិក្ខាកាមដែលកំពុងស្នាក់នៅ ឬបម្រើការងារនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ត្រូវចូលរៀននៅក្នុងថ្នាក់ដោយផ្ទាល់។

Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake10, Introductory Level

National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) is pleased to inform the public that: NCAC is now opening the Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake10, Introductory Level which will be held from 26 April 2025 onward.

For this training course, NCAC will allow trainees who are residing or on a mission oversea to attend the course remotely. In particular, trainees who are residing or working in Cambodia must attend the course physically at the venue.

The registration is open from the date of this announcement until 14 April 2025 at 5:00 pm.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំពិធីប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រដល់សិក្ខាកាមដែលបានបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជំនាន់ ​១​ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម.។

នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ លោកប្រធានបានថ្លែងសន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍ អបអរសាទរទៅកាន់សិក្ខាកាម និងណែនាំអំពីនីតិវិធីនៃការចុះបញ្ជីជាសន្ធានការីរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ចំពោះសិក្ខាកាមដែលមានបំណងចង់ក្លាយជាសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីរបស់ ម.ជ.ម.​។​

ពិធីប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រនេះ ក៏មានការជួបជុំសំណះសំណាលពិសាអាហារសម្រន់ និងភេសជ្ជៈនៅទីស្នាក់ការ ម.ជ.ម.។

On 19 March 2025, Nati​onal Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC)​ has organized the Certificates Awarding Ceremony for all trainees who have completed the Commercial Mediation Training Course Intake 1 under the chairmanship of Mr. SAN Kiri, NCAC President.

During the ceremony, the President delivered a welcoming speech, extended congratulations to the trainees, and provided an overview of the procedures for registering as a Registered Mediator at NCAC for the trainees who wishes to register with NCAC.

This certificates awarding ceremony was included with a networking event at NCAC Office.

នាថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៩រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំថោះ ឆស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំមហាសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី១១ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ហ្វ៊ែរហ្វៀល បាយ ម៉ារៀត ភ្នំពេញ ក្រោមអធីបតីភាពរបស់លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម.។

នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី១១ នេះ ម.ជ.ម. ក៏បានរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី ៥ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងសុក្រឹតភាព។

ម.ជ.ម. សូមសម្តែងការអបអរសាទរ និងស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី ៥ ទាំង ៧ (ប្រាំពីរ) រូប រួមមាន៖

សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាទាំង ៧ (ប្រាំពីរ) រូបនេះនឹងក្លាយជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំដ៏សំខាន់របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន កែច្នៃ និងនាំមកនូវធាតុដ៏មានតម្លៃដល់ ម.ជ.ម. ធ្វើឱ្យស្ថាប័នមួយនេះកាន់តែរឹងមាំ រីកចម្រើន និងមានការទទួលស្គាល់ពីស្ថាប័នជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ។

ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះសមាជិក ម.ជ.ម. ទាំងអស់ និងជាពិសេសគណៈកម្មការរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតដែលបានចំណាយពេលដ៏មានតម្លៃ ព្រមទាំងការគាំទ្រនៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី១១ និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី ៥ នេះ។ ការចូលរួមដ៏សកម្មទាំងនេះ បានញាំងឱ្យមហាសន្និបាត បញ្ចប់ទៅដោយជោគជ័យ និងរលូន។

On 22 March 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) organised the 11th Annual General Assembly at Fairfield By Marriott Phnom Penh Hotel, under the chairmanship of Mr. SAN Kiri, NCAC President.

This 11th Annual General Assembly also contained the Election of Executive Board Member of the 5th Mandate which efficiently and impartially conducted.
