កិច្ចពិភាក្សានៃជំនួបនេះ លោកជំទាវ និងសមាគមពាណិជ្ជកម្មទាំងអស់រួមទាំង ម.ជ.ម. បានផ្តោតសំខាន់ទៅលើបញ្ហានានារបស់វិស័យឯកជននីមួយៗ និងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សមាគមពាណិជ្ជកម្មលើកឡើងនូវសំណូមពរផ្សេងៗ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដាក់ចេញនូវវិធានការឆ្លើយតបឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ និងកែច្នៃធុរកិច្ចពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពល្អប្រសើរ។
បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានឈានដល់ទីបញ្ចប់ នាឱកាសដ៏វិសេសនេះ លោកប្រធាន បានប្រគល់ជូននូវកម្រងវិធានស្តីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ និងកម្រងវិធានស្តីពីសន្ធានកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ជូនដល់លោកជំទាវ។ បន្ទាប់ពីកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ម.ជ.ម. រំពឹងនឹងមានកិច្ចជំនួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយលោកជំទាវជាផ្លូវការ ក៏ដូចជាការចូលសម្តែងការគួរសម និងបង្ហាញសមាសភាពនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ នៃ ម.ជ.ម.។

On 01 April 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC, were invited to the 3rd Breakfast Talk which was conducted at the Ministry of Commerce presided over by Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and engaged with business associations in Cambodia.
In this meeting, Her Excellency and all business associations, including NCAC, focused on various issues of private sectors and provided the opportunity for business associations to raise concerns in the purpose of exploring effective strategies to promote and improve business-friendly practices in Cambodia.
Following this significant discussion, Mr. President presented a set of Arbitration and Mediation Rules to Her Excellency to commemorate this special occasion. NCAC looks forward to have a formal courtesy meeting with Her Excellency and to formally introduce members of NCAC Executive Board of 5th Mandate.

On 02 April 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for a site visit and discussion on the Financial Ombudsman Scheme. The delegation was led by Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, together with members of the Executive Board and the NCAC General Secretariat. Representing IFC were Mr. David THOMAS, Financial Ombudsman Expert and former Chief Ombudsman of the UK Financial Ombudsman Service, and Mr. ROS Khemara, Financial Sector Expert of International Finance Corporation (IFC).
The meeting focused on key discussions regarding the Financial Ombudsman Project, the practical implementation of financial dispute resolution mechanisms, and an overview of NCAC’s arbitration and mediation services. Both institutions exchanged insights on best practices for enhancing financial consumer protection and strengthening alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia’s financial sector.
Following the discussion, NCAC President presented the NCAC Mediation Rules and related rules to Mr. David Thomas and Mr. Ros Khemara, providing them a better understanding of NCAC’s mediation framework.

On 03 April 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) led the Members of the Executive Board including Mrs. LIM Ratha, Mr. BINN Sambatharath, Mrs. KATE Chen, and Mr. Jay BRYAN COHEN along with Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC on a meeting with Mr. SAN Kiri, the former President of NCAC, to share prior practice and various experiences of the 4th Mandate.
Mr. SAN Kiri has extensively delivered the invaluable experiences and highlighted essential practices, previous challenges, collaboration with relevant ministries, and especially ongoing projects with the Executive Board of the 5th Mandate.
NCAC and the Executive Board of 5th Mandate would like to expressed our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to Mr. SAN Kiri for his valuable time and significant inputs to the Executive Board of the 5th Mandate which provided a path for New Executive Board to effectively advance NCAC’s objectives and vision.

នៅថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានដឹកនាំសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិរួមមាន លោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ លឹម រដ្ឋា លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ប៊ិន សម្បត្តិថារ័ត្ន លោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ ខេត ឈិន និងលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Jay BRYAN COHEN រួមជាមួយនឹងកញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការ ម.ជ.ម. រៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី អតីតប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. អាណត្តិទី៤ ក្នុងការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងការអនុវត្តការងារក្នុងអាណត្តិទី៤ កន្លងទៅនេះ។
លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី បានចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ដ៏មានតម្លៃទៅកាន់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ ដោយលោកបានលើកឡើងពីការអនុវត្តសំខាន់ៗ បញ្ហប្រឈម ទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយក្រសួងពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងជាពិសេសការងារផ្សេងៗដែលត្រូវបន្តធ្វើ។
ម.ជ.ម. និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី សម្រាប់ការចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃ ក៏ដូចជាការផ្តល់ជាបទពិសោធន៍ និងអនុសាសន៍សំខាន់ៗ មកកាន់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិនៃអាណត្តិទី៥ ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាថ្នាលមួយដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ ក្នុងការសិក្សាបន្ថែម ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងទិសដៅតែមួយ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។

On 03 April 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) led the Members of the Executive Board including Mrs. LIM Ratha, Mr. BINN Sambatharath, Mrs. KATE Chen, and Mr. Jay BRYAN COHEN along with Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC on a meeting with Mr. SAN Kiri, the former President of NCAC, to share prior practice and various experiences of the 4th Mandate.
Mr. SAN Kiri has extensively delivered the invaluable experiences and highlighted essential practices, previous challenges, collaboration with relevant ministries, and especially ongoing projects with the Executive Board of the 5th Mandate.
NCAC and the Executive Board of 5th Mandate would like to expressed our heartfelt and sincere appreciation to Mr. SAN Kiri for his valuable time and significant inputs to the Executive Board of the 5th Mandate which provided a path for New Executive Board to effectively advance NCAC’s objectives and vision.
