សិក្ខាសាលាតម្រង់ទិស «ការយកឈ្នះលើខ្លួនឯង»| Seminar on “Self-Challenge”

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានទទួលការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយនៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាតម្រង់ទិសស្តីអំពី «ការយកឈ្នះលើខ្លួនឯង» ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយ វិភាគទានច្បាប់ ប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងនៅសាលអង្គរវត្ត ជាន់ទី១៥ នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកប្រធានបានចែករំលែកនូវបំណិនជីវិតស្តីពីការកាត់បន្ថយមហិច្ឆតា អមជាមួយនឹងបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្តែងកន្លងមកដែលលោកធ្លាប់បានឆ្លងកាត់ជួបប្រទះនៅក្នុងអតីតកាលរបស់លោក។ រួមជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសផ្សេងៗទៀតក៏បានចែករំលែកបំណិនជីវិតជាច្រើនទៅកាន់អ្នកចូលរួមប្រកបដោយទស្សនៈផ្សេងៗគ្នា។
ចុងបញ្ចប់នៃសេចក្តីអត្ថាធិប្បាយរបស់លោកប្រធាន លោកប្រធានបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់មានការកំណត់គោលដៅជីវិត និងមានការអនុវត្តនៃគោលដៅទាំងនោះ ដើម្បីឈានទៅរកភាពជោគជ័យនាពេលអនាគត។ ជាពិសេសនោះ លោកប្រធានបានចូលរួមគាំទ្រលើកកម្ពស់ស្ត្រីនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានការយល់ដឹងអំពីផ្នែកច្បាប់ ដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់វិស័យនេះដើម្បីជួយសង្គមជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរីកចម្រើន។
ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ វិភាគទានច្បាប់ សម្រាប់ការមាននូវវត្តមានរបស់លោកប្រធានជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសមួយរូបនៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ។ ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ទេព បូផល ជាស្ថាបនិកនៃវិភាគទានច្បាប់បានប្រគល់ជូននូវលិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ជូនទៅកាន់លោកប្រធាន សម្រាប់ឱកាសដ៏ពិសេសនេះ។

On 26 April 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) was invited to attend as an esteemed speaker in the seminar under the topic: “Self-Challenge” organized by Contribution of Law at Business Development Center, Angkorwat Hall, 15th Floor.
During this seminar, Mr. President articulated his life journey, emphasizing the tempering ambitions. He also shared valuable insights drawn from his various experiences throughout his pasts. In addition, other esteemed speakers also provided their own life journeys to the participants with varied perspectives.
At the conclusion of his speech, Mr. President encouraged all participants to set goals for their life and take actionable steps toward their goals in order to achieve success in the future. In particular, Mr. President has consistently endorsed and supported for the empowerment of women in Cambodia by fostering their understanding of the legal sector, aims to equip women with the necessary knowledge to leverage legal expertise in contributing to the overall prosperity of society.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតាអគ្គលេខាធិការនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) តំណាងលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. បានទទួលការអញ្ជើញពី China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) ចូលរួមកម្មវិធី SCO & China-Central Asia Arbitration Forum ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តឡើងនៅទីក្រុង Urumqi នៃខេត្ត Xin Jiang របស់សាធារណរដ្ឋប្រជាមានិតចិន។
កម្មវិធីនេះបានធ្វើឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «ការប្រមូលផ្តុំនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនៃមជ្ឈត្តការ និងការចាប់ផ្តើមជំហានថ្មីស្ថិតក្រោមវិធាននៃច្បាប់»។ ក្នុងនោះ វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសនៃកម្មវិធីនេះ សុទ្ធសឹងតែជាមជ្ឈត្តករ ចៅក្រម មេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃស្ថាប័នមជ្ឈត្តការនានា និងជាអ្នកជំនាញ និងបណ្ឌិតនៃវិស័យច្បាប់ បានចូលរួមពិភាក្សាដើម្បីជំរុញឱ្យមានការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងភាពជឿនលឿននៃយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិនៅតាមបណ្តារដ្ឋពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងអាស៊ីកណ្តាល។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ កម្មវិធីនេះក៏បានផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងការអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួម មានឱកាសក្នុងបង្ហាញពីបញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ ការសហការគ្នា និងជជែកវែកញែកពីយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។

On 25 April 2025, Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) on behalf of Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, was invited by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) to attend the SCO & China-Central Asia Arbitration Forum 2025 which was held at Urumqi, Xinjiang, China.
This forum was organized under the topic: "Gathering Forces for Arbitration Cooperation & Embarking on a New Journey under the Rule of Law". In addition, this forum attended by esteemed speakers including Arbitrators, Judges, Lawyers, Head of Arbitration Institutions, as well as experts and scholars of legal sectors to discussed on the development and advancement of ADR mechanism among relevant state members and Central Asian countries. This forum's objective is beneficial for participants to express various issues to collaboratively examining ADR mechanisms for the resolution of commercial disputes.
As a token of appreciation for CIETAC on the long-standing support and relation with NCAC, the Secretary General presented a set of NCAC Arbitration and Mediation Rules, as well as a souvenir to Mr. Wang Chengjie, the Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General.

នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំនូវពិធីជួបជុំអាហារសាមគ្គីសម្រាប់ លោកស្រី ស៊ុន ច័ន្ទពិសី មន្ត្រីផ្នែកច្បាប់នៃ ម.ជ.ម. ដែលលោកស្រី ឈានទៅចាប់ផ្តើមជំហ៊ានថ្មីនៅក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ ដើម្បីពង្រីកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មី។

On Wednesday, 30 April 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) bid farewell to Mrs. SOUN Chanpisey, NCAC Legal Officer, she intend to pursue new opportunities in legal field as she endeavors to advance toward her future goal.
Mrs. Chanpisey has performed admirably and accomplished significant achievements for NCAC. Mrs. Chanpisey always shared her experiences and knowledge to co-workers and always contributed in many significant tasks.

នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំនូវពិធីជួបជុំអាហារសាមគ្គីសម្រាប់ លោកស្រី ស៊ុន ច័ន្ទពិសី មន្ត្រីផ្នែកច្បាប់នៃ ម.ជ.ម. ដែលលោកស្រី ឈានទៅចាប់ផ្តើមជំហ៊ានថ្មីនៅក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ ដើម្បីពង្រីកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មី។
លោកស្រី ច័ន្ទពិសី បានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចគួរឱ្យកោតសរសើរ និងសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនសម្រាប់ ម.ជ.ម.។ លោកស្រី ក៏តែងតែចែករំលែកនូវចំណេះដឹងនានាជាច្រើនទៅកាន់មិត្តរួមការងារ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែម និងតែងតែជួយនូវកិច្ចការងារសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនក្នុងកំឡុងលោកស្រីជាមន្ត្រីផ្នែកច្បាប់។
