នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំនូវពិធីជួបជុំអាហារសាមគ្គីសម្រាប់ លោកស្រី ស៊ុន ច័ន្ទពិសី មន្ត្រីផ្នែកច្បាប់នៃ ម.ជ.ម. ដែលលោកស្រី ឈានទៅចាប់ផ្តើមជំហ៊ានថ្មីនៅក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ ដើម្បីពង្រីកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មី។

លោកស្រី ច័ន្ទពិសី បានបំពេញកាតព្វកិច្ចគួរឱ្យកោតសរសើរ និងសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនសម្រាប់ ម.ជ.ម.។ លោកស្រី ក៏តែងតែចែករំលែកនូវចំណេះដឹងនានាជាច្រើនទៅកាន់មិត្តរួមការងារ ដើម្បីផ្តល់ការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែម និងតែងតែជួយនូវកិច្ចការងារសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើនក្នុងកំឡុងលោកស្រីជាមន្ត្រីផ្នែកច្បាប់។

ដើម្បីជាការថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការបំពេញភារកិច្ចកន្លងមកនេះ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. បានប្រគល់ជូននូវលិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណ ចំពោះ លោកស្រី ច័ន្ទពិសី ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលា និងកម្លាំងកាយចិត្តកន្លងមកសម្រាប់វឌ្ឍនភាពរបស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

On Wednesday, 30 April 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) bid farewell to Mrs. SOUN Chanpisey, NCAC Legal Officer, she intend to pursue new opportunities in legal field as she endeavors to advance toward her future goal.

Mrs. Chanpisey has performed admirably and accomplished significant achievements for NCAC. Mrs. Chanpisey always shared her experiences and knowledge to co-workers and always contributed in many significant tasks.

As a token of gratitude for her achievements, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, presented Mrs. Chanpisey with a Certificate of Appreciation on her contribution for the NCAC.

On 06 May 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and Mrs. LIM Ratha, NCAC Vice-President, were invited to participate in the Meeting of the "Inter-Ministerial Working Group in Charge of Improving Business and Investment Climate in Cambodia", conducted at Raffles Hotel Le Royal, presided over by H.E. Dr. AUN Pornmoniroth, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Chairman of the Economics and Finance Policy (EFP) Committee, as well as engaged with relevant ​ministries, representative of institutions, and officers.

This meeting was conducted and led under H.E. PHAN Phalla, Secretary of State of MEF and the Chairman of Inter-Ministerial Working Group. The meeting focused on thorough understanding of questions, B-READY Assessment Report, Background, Progress and Goals of Improving Business and Investment Climate in Cambodia, included the discussion on the action plan for future initiatives.

NCAC would like to express our sincere appreciation to the invitation extended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of MEF and Chairman of the EFP Committee. This opportunity allowed NCAC to attended and contributed to the reforms aimed at fostering a more prosperous business and investment environment in Cambodia, addressing existing challenges, and seeking viable solutions to those issues.

On 07 May 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Matthew Pocock, Executive Director of American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia Association (AmCham) by Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, together with the Executive Board Member, Mr. Ruwan HULLUGALLE, and the NCAC Secretary General.

On this occasion, Mr. President handed over certificate of membership to Mr. Matthew Pocock, signifying AmCham's renewal as a Legal Entity Member at NCAC for 2025. This renewal will further strengthen the partnership between both institutions as this will endeavor to modernize and advance Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Cambodia's business sector.

NCAC looks forward to have future collaboration between both centres, allowing us to promote the commercial arbitration and mediation more widely and recognized at both national and international levels.

នៅពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម. ) បានរៀបចំការបើកដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការ និងផ្គូរផ្គងក្រុមនៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

On 12 May 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) organized the Opening Ceremony of NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2025 and Team Matching.

This ceremony was presided over by Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President and attended by NCAC Executive Board and Working Group of the Moot Competition including: Mr. SAN Kiri, Former President of NCAC and Chairman of the Working Group of Moot Competition, Mrs. MEN Vuthyka, NCAC Member and Vice-Chairman of the Working Group, Mr. KOY Neam, NCAC Member and Moot Author, Mr. KANG Daravuth, NCAC Treasurer, Ms. MATH Fanita, NCAC Secretary General and Secretary of the Working Group, along with the coaches and candidates participating in the competition.

This ceremony was held to officially announce the opening of NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Moot Competition 2025. This included a presentation on the Moot Competition Rules and Moot Problem, followed by Q&A sessions with candidates, team matching, and the pairing of teams with their respective coaches.
