នៅថ្ងៃទី០៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ការទស្សនកិច្ចពីលោក Matthew Pocock ដែលជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃសមាគមសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាមេរិកនៅកម្ពុជា។ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. បានដឹកនាំសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិគឺ លោក Ruwan HULUGALLE និងអគ្គលេខាធិការ ម.ជ.ម. ដើម្បីទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោក Matthew Pocock ដោយក្តីរីករាយបំផុត។
ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ លោកប្រធាន ក៏បានប្រគល់ជូន លោក Matthew Pocock នូវវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសមាជិកភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ដែលសមាគមសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាមេរិកនៅកម្ពុជាជាបានបន្តជាសមាជិកនីតិបុគ្គលនៅ ម.ជ.ម. ។ ការបន្តជាសមាជិកភាពនេះ បានរក្សានូវទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងសំខាន់រវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរក្នុងការសហការរៀបចំនូវផែនការនានា ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍនូវយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ និងអភិវឌ្ឍធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។
ម.ជ.ម. សង្ឃឹមថានឹងមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនាពេលអនាគតរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីលើកស្ទួយវិស័យមជ្ឈត្តការ និងសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ និងទទួលស្គាល់ពីគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋានទាំងក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេស។

On 07 May 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Matthew Pocock, Executive Director of American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia Association (AmCham) by Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, together with the Executive Board Member, Mr. Ruwan HULLUGALLE, and the NCAC Secretary General.
On this occasion, Mr. President handed over certificate of membership to Mr. Matthew Pocock, signifying AmCham's renewal as a Legal Entity Member at NCAC for 2025. This renewal will further strengthen the partnership between both institutions as this will endeavor to modernize and advance Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Cambodia's business sector.
NCAC looks forward to have future collaboration between both centres, allowing us to promote the commercial arbitration and mediation more widely and recognized at both national and international levels.

នៅពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម. ) បានរៀបចំការបើកដំណើរការជាផ្លូវការ និងផ្គូរផ្គងក្រុមនៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

On 12 May 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) organized the Opening Ceremony of NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2025 and Team Matching.
This ceremony was presided over by Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President and attended by NCAC Executive Board and Working Group of the Moot Competition including: Mr. SAN Kiri, Former President of NCAC and Chairman of the Working Group of Moot Competition, Mrs. MEN Vuthyka, NCAC Member and Vice-Chairman of the Working Group, Mr. KOY Neam, NCAC Member and Moot Author, Mr. KANG Daravuth, NCAC Treasurer, Ms. MATH Fanita, NCAC Secretary General and Secretary of the Working Group, along with the coaches and candidates participating in the competition.
This ceremony was held to officially announce the opening of NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Moot Competition 2025. This included a presentation on the Moot Competition Rules and Moot Problem, followed by Q&A sessions with candidates, team matching, and the pairing of teams with their respective coaches.

The Royal University of Law and Economics is a public institution that provides educational services and specialized training in law and economics. Based on the concentration on building human resources in Cambodia, the university leadership has been striving to establish a management structure to develop the quality and effectiveness of specialized training.
The NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2025 is a commercial arbitration moot, which aims to promote the use of arbitration mechanism for commercial dispute settlement in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This Moot Competition will be conducted in Khmer language under Cambodian laws and 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដែលបានចូលរួមជាស្ថាប័នគាំទ្រ នៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច គឺជាគ្រឹះស្ថានសាធារណៈដែលផ្តល់សេវាលើវិស័យអប់រំ និងមានជំនាញបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើផ្នែកនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ដោយឈរលើស្មារតីនៃការកសាងធនធានមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបាននឹងកំពុងខិតខំរៀបចំនូវរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រង ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍគុណភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើជំនាញឯកទេស។
កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. គឺជាការប្រកួតប្រជែងលើដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ សម្រាប់ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋនេះ នឹងធ្វើឡើងជាភាសាខ្មែរក្រោមច្បាប់កម្ពុជា និងវិធានស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ របស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

The Royal University of Law and Economics is a public institution that provides educational services and specialized training in law and economics. Based on the concentration on building human resources in Cambodia, the university leadership has been striving to establish a management structure to develop the quality and effectiveness of specialized training.
The NCAC 4th Annual Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition 2025 is a commercial arbitration moot, which aims to promote the use of arbitration mechanism for commercial dispute settlement in the Kingdom of Cambodia. This Moot Competition will be conducted in Khmer language under Cambodian laws and 2021 NCAC Arbitration Rules.
