នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ ប្រចាំខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្របតាមប្រការ ២៨ នៃបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២១។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមរួមមាន៖

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ជាប្រធាន និងជាតំណាងនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) និងឧត្តមភរិយា បានចូលរួមនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីជិះកង់អង្គរ លើកទី៣ ដើម្បីរៃអង្គាសថវិកាជូនមន្ទីរពេទ្យជ័យវរ្ម័នទី៧ (គន្ធបុប្ផាទី៣) ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមកិច្ចសហការរវាងក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងក្រុមកីឡាសេនាយុត្តិធម៌។
ក្នុងនោះ លោកប្រធាន ក៏បានចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគនូវថវិកាទៅកាន់មន្ទីរពេទ្យជ័យវរ្ម័នទី៧ ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការជួយដល់កុមារនៅកម្ពុជាដែលជាទំពាំងស្នងឬស្សី និងក៏បានលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍នៅខេត្តសៀមរាបផងដែរ។

On 01 June 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President and representative of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and his spouse, attended the 3rd Angkor Cycling event to raise funds for Jayavarman VII Hospital (Kantha Bopha 3). The event was presided over by His Excellency KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, and was held in collaboration with the Sena Yutithor Sports Team.
In addition, Mr. HIB Nareth West made a donation to Jayavarman VII Hospital in support of Cambodian children, who represent the future of the nation. This meaningful contribution also contributes to the promotion of tourism in Siem Reap Province.

ការិយាល័យមេធាវី សុខ ស៊ីផាន់ណា សិដ្ឋាល័យ គឺជាការិយាល័យមេធាវីលេចធ្លោមួយនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលបានផ្តល់ការប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់សាជីវកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដល់អតិថិជន រាប់ចាប់ពីស្ថាប័នសាជីវកម្មឈានមុខគេលំដាប់អន្តរជាតិ រហូតដល់អាជីវកម្មក្នុងស្រុកតូចៗដែលកំពុងរីកចម្រើន។ ការិយាល័យច្បាប់ គឺជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្នែកច្បាប់ដែលមានសេវាកម្មពេញលេញ ដែលផ្តល់យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអាជីវកម្មមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងមានទស្សនវិស័យឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ តាមរយៈការងារសាជីវកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយនឹងអ្នកជំនាញចំនួន ៤០ នាក់ដែលមានជំនាញពហុវប្បធម៌និយាយបាន 6 ភាសា (អង់គ្លេស ខ្មែរ ចិន បារាំង បាហាសា ម៉ាឡេស៊ី ហុងគ្រី)។
កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. គឺជាការប្រកួតប្រជែងលើដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការ សម្រាប់ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋនេះ នឹងធ្វើឡើងជាភាសាខ្មែរក្រោមច្បាប់កម្ពុជា និងវិធានស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ ឆ្នាំ២០២១ របស់ ម.ជ.ម.។

In the morning of 10th June 2025, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of NCAC, led the NCAC Executive Board Members and the NCAC General Secretariat Team in a courtesy meeting and discussion with Ministry of Commerce (MoC) under the highest chairmanship of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce at the headquarter of the Ministry of Commerce.
Following this significant discussion, Mr. President, presented fruit baskets to Her Excellency Minister for the valuable recommendation and discussion.
