នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. បានដឹកនាំសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិដែលមានលោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ប៊ិន សម្បត្តិថារ័ត្ន និងលោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ ខេត ឈិន រួមជាមួយនឹងក្រុមការងារអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ ម.ជ.ម. ពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុង ដែលតំណាងដោយលោកស្រី Kiran SANGHERA ជាអគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុង ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ (ZOOM Platform)។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ តំណាងនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សាទៅលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការកន្លងមក និងការគាំទ្រពីមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុង ជាពិសេសគឺការគាំទ្រមកកាន់កម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. តាំងពីដើម មកទល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។ ការគាំទ្ររបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុងមកកាន់ ម.ជ.ម. បានក្លាយជាចំណែកមួយក្នុងការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ និងបង្កើននូវសមទ្ធផលជាច្រើនដែលជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់វិស័យច្បាប់នៅកម្ពុជា។ ការគាំទ្រនេះក៏បានរក្សានូវទំនាក់ទំនង និងសម្ព័ន្ធភាពរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពស្អិតរមួត។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ លោកប្រធានក៏បានណែនាំអំពីសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិអាណត្តិទី៥ផងដែរ។

On the morning of Thursday, June 12, 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, led the Executive Board members having Mr. BINN Sambatharath and Mrs. Kate CHEN along with the General Secretariat Team, to a discussion with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), represented by Mrs. Kiran SANGHERA, Deputy Secretary-General of HKIAC, which was held online (ZOOM Platform).
In this discussion, representatives from both institutions had a fruitful discussion regarding the past collaboration and contribution from HKIAC, especially the unweaving support from HKIAC on NCAC Commercial Moot Competition from the beginning to the present. All contributions has been instrumental in promoting the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and bestow a great benefit to the legal sector in Cambodia. It has also maintained the relationship and alliance between the two institutions. Beside, Mr. President also introduced the 5th mandate of the Executive Board members to HKIAC.
Followings this discussion, NCAC wishes to extend our sincerest appreciation for the invaluable alliance and collaborations between both institutions.

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ ក្រុមមេធាវី ស្កាយវន្ត ដែលបានចូលរួមជាស្ថាប័នឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រ នៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតមជ្ឈត្តការប្រតិដ្ឋផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើកទី៤ របស់ ម.ជ.ម. ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ក្រុមមេធាវី ស្កាយវន្ត គឺជាក្រុមមេធាវីពហុជំនាញដែលផ្តល់នូវការដោះស្រាយវិវាទផ្នែកច្បាប់ជាច្រើនប្រភេទរួមមាន៖ ច្បាប់ស្តីពីធុរកិច្ច ច្បាប់ឯកជនអន្តរជាតិ មតកសាសន៍ ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ព្រមទាំងសំណុំរឿងគតិយុត្តិផ្នែករដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ។ ក្រុមមេធាវី ស្កាយវន្តមានការបេ្តជ្ញាចិត្តដ៏មុះមុតក្នុងការផ្ដល់នូវសេវាផ្លូវច្បាប់ រួមជាមួយភាពជំនាញ និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ជូនទៅកាន់អតិថិជន ដើម្បីបំពេញនូវតម្រូវការផ្នែកច្បាប់ទាំងក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ។

On the afternoon of Tuesday, June 25, 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President; led the Executive Board Members including Mrs. LIM Ratha, NCAC Vice-President along with NCAC General Secretariat Team Ms. MATH Fanita, NCAC Secretary General and Ms. SO Lenthyda, NCAC Senior Legal Officer, to hold a discussion with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), led by Mrs. Gloria LIM, Chief Executive Officer along with SIAC Members including Mr. Vivekananda NEELAKANTAN, SIAC Registrar; Mrs. Sherly GUNAWN, SIAC Counsel; Ms. Swati JHAVERI, Director & Head (Planning, Development & Research); and Ms. Mah Sue ANN, Senior Strategy & Development Manager (Legal), which was held online (ZOOM Platform).
In this discussion, representatives from both institutions engaged in a fruitful exchange on past and future collaboration with the aim of promoting alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia. This mechanism plays an important role in resolving disputes that arise in the private and business sectors. The discussion reflects NCAC’s strong commitment to strengthening arbitration and mediation in Cambodia and making these mechanisms more comprehensive and widely recognized both locally and internationally. In addition, the President also introduced the fifth mandate of the Executive Board members to SIAC.
