នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានសហការជាមួយនិងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (គ.ម.ក.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសិលាមួយក្រោមប្រធានបទស្តីពី «តូនាទីរបស់អ្នកតំណាងក្នុងដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការ» ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. និងឯកឧត្តម សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធាន គ.ម.ក. ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះផងដែរ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នារបស់ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីជួយជំរុញដល់វិស័យដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរីកចម្រើន។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើមនៃសិក្ខាសាលា លោកប្រធាននៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ព្រមទាំងអង្គសិក្ខាសាលាទាំងមូលបានចូលរួមគោរពវិញ្ញានក្ខន្ធនៃវីរកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាគ្រប់ៗរូបដែលបានពលីជីវិតក្នុងសមរភូមិដើម្បីបូរណភាពទឹកដីជាតិមាតុភូមិកម្ពុជា។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី មជ្ឈត្តករនៅ ម.ជ.ម. និងលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការកិច្ចការរដ្ឋប្បវេណីនៃគណៈមេធាវី ចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស។ ក្នុងនោះក៏មានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សា គ.ម.ក. ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ ម.ជ.ម. ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងពីរស្ថាប័ន និងសិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០។
វាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសទាំងពីររូបបានធ្វើការពន្យល់ អត្ថាធិបាយ និងចែករំលែកនូវចំណុចសំខាន់ៗអំពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនមុនពេល និងក្នុងដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការ ដែលជាចំណេះដឹងដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការការពារកូនក្តីនៅក្នុងសំណុំរឿងមជ្ឈត្តការ។
នាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ហួត លីនដា សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សា គ.ម.ក. តំណាងឯកឧត្តម សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធាន គ.ម.ក. បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទនៃសិក្ខាសាលា។
ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះ ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសទាំងពីររូប ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលា ផ្ដល់ជូនចំណេះដឹងដ៏មានតម្លៃទៅកាន់អ្នកចួលរួម។ ម.ជ.ម. សង្ឃឹមថាសិក្ខាសាលានេះនឹងជាផ្នែកមួយក្នុងការចួលរួមជំរុញយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជាឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន និងបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយទៅកាន់វិនិយោគិន និងសហគមនពាណិជ្ជកម្មឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពទូលំទូលាយបន្ថែមទៀត។
ម.ជ.ម. សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណជាអណេកទៅកាន់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ក្រុមការងារ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ក្រុមការងារ ម.ជ.ម. និងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ពេលវេលា និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម ដែលញ៉ាំងឱ្យសិក្ខាសាលានេះបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយរលូន។

On 30 July 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) co-organized a seminar under the topic "The Role of Party Representative in Arbitration Proceedings" at BAKC headquarter, under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President and His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President. This seminar was held in the spirit of the Memorandum of Understanding between both institutions, with the purpose of promoting and fostering alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia.
At the beginning of this seminar, President of both institutions and participants, together expressed our deepest condolences to all heroic soliders who sacrificed their lives to protect the sovereignty and dignity of Cambodia Territory.
This seminar featured our esteemed speaker Mr. SAN Kiri, NCAC Arbitrator and Mr. IV Poly, Chairman of the Civil Affairs Committee of the Bar Association. The seminar was attended by BAKC Board Members, NCAC Executive Board Members, Management of both institutions, and lawyer students batch 20th.
The two distinguished speakers articulated and analyzed the preparation before and during the arbitration proceedings. which particularly beneficial to enhance the capacity to effectively represent clients arbitration proceedings.
At the end of this seminar, Mrs. HUOT Linda, BAKC Board Member, on behalf of His Excellency SAING Vannak, BAKC President, provided the closing remarks for this seminar.

On 09 August 2025, Mr. Djamel EL AKRA, Member of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and his spouse on be half of President HIB Nareth West, and NCAC, attended the funeral of Mr. HUON Sreun (ហួន ស្រ៊ឺន), father of Arbitrator HUON Soknymph at his residence located in Siem Reap province. We would like to extend our heartfelt condolences and brought some contributions from NCAC and NCAC Members to Arbitrator HUON Soknymph and family for the loss of his father.
NCAC would like to express our deepest condolences and profound regrets for this loss. May his soul finds eternal and rest peacefully.
