កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសិលាស្ដីអំពី “ភស្តុតាងអ្នកជំនាញក្នុងមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម៖ ការជៀសវាងទូកឆ្លងកាត់នៅពេលយប់” ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅ សណ្ឋាគារណូវូតែល ភ្នំពេញ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម.។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានអញើញ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Johnny Tan Cheng Hye ជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស ដែលលោកបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលម្អិតអំពីដំណើរការរបស់សាក្សីជំនាញក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវភស្តុតាង និងធ្វើសក្ខីកម្មក្នុងសំណុំរឿងមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ក្នុងនោះ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Johnny TAN ក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើតួនាទីចម្បងរបស់សាក្សីជំនាញ រួមជាមួយនឹងចំណោទបញ្ហា និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រជាច្រើនដើម្បីជាជំនួយឱ្យដំណើរការនៃការថ្លែងសក្ខីកម្មរបស់សាក្សីជំនាញបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងផ្តល់នូវលទ្ធផលមួយសម្រាប់វេទិកាមជ្ឈត្តកម្មយកមកពិចារណាមុនពេលចេញនូវមជ្ឈត្តវិនិច្ឆ័យ។

On 29 August 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) had organized a Seminar on "Expert Evidence in Arbitration: Avoiding ships Passing in the Night" which was held at Novotel Phnom Penh Hotel under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President.
The seminar featured Arbitrator Johnny Tan Cheng Hye as the keynote speaker, who delivered a detailed presentation on the process of expert witnesses providing evidence and testimony in commercial arbitration. He highlighted the crucial roles of expert witnesses and outlined key issues and strategies to ensure their testimony is presented effectively, assisting the arbitral tribunal in its consideration before issuing an award.
NCAC wishes to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Johnny TAN for his valuable contribution and the time he dedicated to the seminar. His insights were exemplified through practical examples and many years of experiences that significantly enriched the experience for all participants. On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) under the direction of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President; NCAC Executive Board Member Mr. Ruwan HULUGALLE, along with the NCAC General Secretariat, attended the funeral of Her Excellency PHAN Thouren (ផន ធូរ៉េន), the spouse of His Excellency MAO Thora, Secretary of State of Ministry of Commerce, at his residence.
NCAC would like to express our deepest condolences and brought letter of condolence, flower, and contributions, handed over to his excellency and family for the loss of his spouse.
NCAC also would like to inform that the 7th Day Ceremony will be held on 14 September 2025 from 2:00pm and 15 September 2025, from 07:00am at his excellency's residence.

The Semi-Final Round is scheduled to take place on 02 October 2025, at NCAC General Secretariate Office.
