នាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ កញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញធ្វើជាសាស្ត្រាចារ្យកិត្តិយសដោយលោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Dario Simone PALMIOTTI ជាសាស្ត្រចារ្យ បង្រៀនទៅលើមុខវិជ្ជាមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិ នៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ដើម្បីចែករំលែក ចំណេះដឹងទាក់ទងនឹងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ទៅកាន់និស្សិតឆ្នាំទី២ នៃថ្នាក់ទ្វេបរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ (អនុបណ្ឌិត) នីតិធុរកិច្ចអន្តរជាតិ នៅ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
កញ្ញា អគ្គលេខាធិការ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅ និងសាវតារបស់ ម.ជ.ម. សេវាកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. រួមមាន៖ សេវាមជ្ឈត្តការ និងសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ព្រមជាមួយការចែករំលែកអំពីការអនុវត្តល្អៗ និងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាអំពីការវិវត្តថ្មីៗនៅក្នុងទិដ្ឋភាពមជ្ឈត្តការ និងសន្ធានកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។
បន្ថែមពីនេះលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ Dario Simone PALMIOTTI ក៏បានលើកឡើងថា វត្តមានរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. បានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការទាក់ទាញ វិនិយោគិនអន្តរជាតិមកកាន់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

In the evening of October 22, 2025, Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), was invited to deliver an insightful session as a guest lecture on alternative dispute resolution in Cambodia by Professor Dario Simone PALMIOTTI, Lecturer of International Commercial Arbitration Course of Dual Master’s Degree Program in International Business Law to Year 2 students enrolled in the program at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).
Ms. Secretary General presented an overview of NCAC background and NCAC services such as: Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Service, as well as the best practices and discussed recent developments in Cambodia’s arbitration and mediation landscape.
In addition, the Professor Dario Simone PALMIOTTI stated that the NCAC's presence has been essential in attracting foreign investors in Cambodia.
NCAC hopes that this session will inspire and equip students with an insightful understanding of arbitration and mediation practice in Cambodia which is the alternative dispute resolution mechanism and contribute to the growing of this sector.

On October 27-28, 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commecial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), was honored to attend and serve as the moderator for a Symposium on Cambodian Legal System presided over by His Excellency VONGSEY Visoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers. The symposium was organized by the Council of Minister, the Legal Reform Committee (LRC), at the Angkor Century Resort and Spa Hotel in Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province.
The symposium aimed to provide the participants with a comprehensive understanding of major global legal systems, as well as the historical development of the legal system in Cambodia from prehistoric times to the present day and future directions for strengthening legal coherence. Additionally, the symposium featured a discussion, question-and-answer session, where esteemed professors and legal experts from Cambodia and abroad exchanged insights with participants to discuss various legal system issues and support efforts to develop a more coherent and effective legal framework for the country.
NCAC would like to express our sincere appreciation to His Excellency VONGSEY Visoth, for extending the invitation to NCAC President to attended as participant and moderator. នៅថ្ងៃទី០៨-០៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានចូលរួមផ្តល់នូវសន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍នៅក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ជំនាន់ទី២ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន ម.ជ.ម.។
ម.ជ.ម. មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការអញ្ជើញ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Johnny TAN CHENG HYE ជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់របស់ ម.ជ.ម. និងជាមជ្ឈត្តកររបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ធ្វើជាគ្រូដឹកនាំ និងការចូលរួមពីសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម. ជាគ្រូវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ការណែនាំ ពេញមួយវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានគោលបំណងបំពាក់ឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមនូវជំនាញសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មសំខាន់ៗ រៀបចំសិក្ខាកាមឱ្យក្លាយជាសន្ធានការីពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់។

On 08–09 November 2025, Mr. HIB Nareth West, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) was invited to provided the welcoming remark in conducted the NCAC Commercial Mediation Training – Intake 2 at NCAC General Secretariate Office.
NCAC was honored to invited Mr. Johnny TAN CHENG HYE, NCAC Advisory Board Member and NCAC Arbitrator, as the Course Director and NCAC Registered Mediators contributed as Assessors, providing guidance and evaluation throughout the training.
This training course aimed to equip participants with essential mediation skills, preparing them to become qualified commercial mediators.
