នៅថ្ងៃទី០៨-០៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានចូលរួមផ្តល់នូវសន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍នៅក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ជំនាន់ទី២ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន ម.ជ.ម.។
ម.ជ.ម. មានកិត្តិយសក្នុងការអញ្ជើញ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Johnny TAN CHENG HYE ជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់របស់ ម.ជ.ម. និងជាមជ្ឈត្តកររបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ធ្វើជាគ្រូដឹកនាំ និងការចូលរួមពីសន្ធានការីចុះបញ្ជីនៅ ម.ជ.ម. ជាគ្រូវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ការណែនាំ ពេញមួយវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល។

NCAC was honored to invited Mr. Johnny TAN CHENG HYE, NCAC Advisory Board Member and NCAC Arbitrator, as the Course Director and NCAC Registered Mediators contributed as Assessors, providing guidance and evaluation throughout the training.
This training course aimed to equip participants with essential mediation skills, preparing them to become qualified commercial mediators.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. និង កញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការ ម.ជ.ម. បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ការទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា នៃសមាគមសាលាត្រាជូ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី លឹម វាសនា ជាសមាជិកស្ថាបនិកនៃសមាគមសាលាត្រាជូ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ទី ហ្សានីត ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការប្រតិបត្តិសមាគមសាលាត្រាជូ ដោយរីករាយជាទីបំផុត។
នៅក្នុងទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាមួយនេះ លោកប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. បានផ្តល់នូវសន្ទរកថាស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ កម្មសិក្សាការីជំនាន់ទី ២៧ និងក្រុមការងាររបស់សមាគមសាលាត្រាជូសម្រាប់ការចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាមកកាន់ ម.ជ.ម.។ លោកមេធាវី លឹម វាសនា ក៏បានផ្តល់ចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ អំពីសារៈសំខាន់របស់ ម.ជ.ម. និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដែលកម្មសិក្សាការីនឹងទទួលបានបន្ទាប់ពីទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ ព្រមទាំងការបង្ហាញអំពីសាវតា ក៏ដូចជាការបង្ហាញអំពីសម្ធិផលរបស់សមាគមជូន ម.ជ.ម.។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ កញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពី ដំណើរការប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៃ ម.ជ.ម. ព្រមទាំងសេចក្តីផ្តើមស្តីពីដំណើរការនីតិវិធីនៃយន្តការមជ្ឈត្តការលើវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មជូនដល់កម្មសិក្សាការីផងដែរ។
ដំណើរការទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះបានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយរលូន ហើយកម្មសិក្សាការីបានទទួលនូវចំណេះដឹងយ៉ាងលម្អិតបន្ថែមពី ម.ជ.ម. លើយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រួមមាន៖ សន្ធានកម្ម និងមជ្ឈត្តកម្ម។
តំណាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរក៏បានបង្ហាញអំពីចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងកិច្ចសហការនាពេលអនាគត ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាលើកតម្កើងយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ក្នុងការលើកស្ទួយបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ចសម្រាប់ការវិនិយោគក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

On 20 November 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, and Ms. Math Fanita, Secretariat General of NCAC, had the pleasure of welcoming Sala Traju Associate, represented by Mr. Lim Veasna, Founding Member of the Sala Traju Association and Highest Representative of His Excellency Ty Janith, President of the Executive Committee of the Sala Traju Association.
During this study visit, the president of NCAC provided the welcoming remark to the management team, the intake 27th trainees and the Sala Traju Association team in appreciation of their valuable time spent on the study visit to the NCAC. Afterwards, Mr. Lim Veasna shared insightful thoughts on the importance of the NCAC and the benefits that the trainees would gain after completing the study visit including a presentation on the Association’s history as well as its achievements to the NCAC. In addition, Ms. Math Fanita gave a presentation on the functioning of the NCAC, along with an introduction to the procedure in the arbitration mechanism for commercial disputes.
The study visit concluded smoothly and the trainees gained additional in-depth knowledge from the NCAC on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (ADR), including mediation and arbitration.
Representatives from both institutions also expressed their interest in future cooperation to jointly promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR), in order to enhance the business environment for investment in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

On 04 December 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, led the NCAC Executive Board Members including Mrs. Kate CHEN; Ms. Math Fanita, Scretary General and the NCAC General Secretariat Team, had the pleasure of welcoming and fruitful discussion with Kunming Arbitration Commission represented by Mr. Shiyong CHEN, Partner and Director of International Business Department at Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm, Mr. Yiran LUO , Lawyer and Deputy Director of International Business Department at Yunnan Lingyu Law Firm, Ms. Yawen XUE , Laywer at Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm and Mr. Chin Borin, Lawyer at Elite Law Group.
During this discussion, Mr. Shiyong CHEN delivered a presentation on the background of Kunming Arbitration Commission and Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm located in Kunming City of China. In addition, Mr. President expressed his interest and Ms. Math Fanita also deliver a presentation about the background of NCAC. both institutions explored potential collaborations and strategies to enhance cross-border engagement and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Cambodia.

On 04 December 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, led the NCAC Executive Board Members including Mrs. Kate CHEN; Ms. Math Fanita, Scretary General and the NCAC General Secretariat Team, had the pleasure of welcoming and fruitful discussion with Kunming Arbitration Commission represented by Mr. Shiyong CHEN, Partner and Director of International Business Department at Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm, Mr. Yiran LUO , Lawyer and Deputy Director of International Business Department at Yunnan Lingyu Law Firm, Ms. Yawen XUE , Laywer at Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm and Mr. Chin Borin, Lawyer at Elite Law Group.
During this discussion, Mr. Shiyong CHEN delivered a presentation on the background of Kunming Arbitration Commission and Yunnan Lingyun Law Firm located in Kunming City of China. In addition, Mr. President expressed his interest and Ms. Math Fanita also deliver a presentation about the background of NCAC. both institutions explored potential collaborations and strategies to enhance cross-border engagement and promote alternative dispute resolution mechanism in Cambodia.
