មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម(ម.ជ.ម.) សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជនឱ្យបានជ្រាបថាក្នុងឱកាស ពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិឆ្នាំមមី ម.ជ.ម. នឹងឈប់សម្រាកចំនួន ០៥ថ្ងៃ គឺចាប់ពី ថ្ងៃទី១៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នឹងចូលបម្រើការងារវិញនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

កាលពីថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់ អ.ដ.ក. លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាននៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) និងកញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការ ម.ជ.ម. បានទទួលការអញ្ជើញ នុងចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិ របស់ អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ (អ.ដ.ក.) លើប្រធានបទស្ដីពី «ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅកម្ពុជា» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្ដិធម៌ និងជាប្រធាន អ.ដ.ក.

សិក្ខាសាលានេះពិតជាមានសារៈសំខាន់ និងបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីដំណើរការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅកម្ពុជា សមិទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ អ.ដ.ក. ការរួមចំណែករបស់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ សមិទ្ធផលការងាររបស់ អ.ដ.ក. និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការពង្រឹង និងធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរឡើងនូវយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។

On Thursday, 30 April 2026, with the invitation from NADR, Arbitrator, Hib Nareth West, Arbitrator and President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), and Ms. Math Fanita, Secretary-General of the NCAC have been invited and participated in the National Workshop organized by the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR) on the topic “Improving the ADR Mechanism in Cambodia.”

The workshop was presided over by His Excellency Koeut Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, and Chairman of NADR, and the event was held at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel.

This workshop was of significant importance, providing valuable insights into the development of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms in Cambodia, the achievements of NADR, the contributions of relevant stakeholders, and reaffirmed the Royal Government of Cambodia’s strong commitment to strengthening and
further enhancing ADR mechanisms in the country.
