វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងពីក្របខ័ណ្ឌគតិយុត្តនៃមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់មជ្ឈត្តករ និងទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅនៃដំណើរការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះផងដែរមានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីរាជការរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីបណ្តារាជធានី-ខេត្តទូទាំងប្រទេស និងវិស័យឯកជនពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុបចំនួន ៧០ នាក់ ដោយមានគ្រូបង្គោលចំនួន ០៤ រូប រួមមាន៖

From 9 to 10, June, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce collaborated with the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) to launch a Training on the Mechanism for Alternative Dispute Resolution through Commercial Arbitration, presided by His Excellency Veng Sothy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, the Highest Representative of Her Excellency Chom Nimol, Minister of the Ministry of Commerce; and Arbitrator Bin Sambatharat, Member of the NCAC Executive Board and Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the NCAC, the highest representative of Arbitrator Hib Nareth West, President of the NCAC. The event was conducted at the Ministry of Commerce and the Trade Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce.
The training aimed to promote the understanding of the legal framework of commercial arbitration, the roles and responsibilities of arbitrators, and an overview of the process of resolving commercial disputes outside the court. The training was attended by a total of 70 civil servants of Ministry of Commerce across the country and relevant private sector officials, with four trainers including, Arbitrator Phon Chhiengleng, member of the Membership Committee of the NCAC, Arbitrator Koy Neam, former member of the NCAC Executive Board, Arbitrator Phin Sovath, former Vice-President of the NCAC, and Arbitrator Prom Savoda, member of the Membership Committee of the NCAC.
The training was held for 2 days and concluded smoothly with a Closing Remark by Ms. Phal Yita, Director of the Trade Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce.
The NCAC would like to express its deepest gratitude to the Ministry of Commerce and its leadership, staff of the Institute, all trainers and trainees who actively participated and made the training a success.
The NCAC is optimistic that this training will provide the participants with additional and more detailed knowledge about the procedures and benefits of resolving commercial disputes through ADR mechanisms, including negotiation, mediation, and especially commercial arbitration (NCAC).
