ពិធីចុះអនុស្សារណៈរវាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណា ចក្រកម្ពុជា
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១០កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំឆ្លូវ ត្រីស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៥ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២១ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) និងគណៈមេធាវី បានរៀបចំពិធីចុះអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីស្នាក់ការ គណៈមេធាវីក្រោមអធិបតីភាពរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម លី ច័ន្ទតុលា ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រ កម្ពុជា និង លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ប៊ុន យូឌី ប្រធាន នៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងមានការចូលរួមពីបណ្តាថ្នាក់ដឹកនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។
កិច្ចសហការរវាងស្ថាប័នវិជ្ជាជីវៈទាំងពីរនេះ គឺជាសមិទ្ធផលដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ស្ថាប័នវិជា្ជជីវៈទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការបំពេញបេសកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍សាធារណជនទូទៅ ក៏ដូចជាសហគមន៍ អ្នកច្បាប់ និងធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។ ម.ជ.ម. និងគណៈមេធាវី រំពឹងថាកិច្ចសហការនេះនឹងចូលរួមចំណែក ក្នុងការជម្រុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិតាមរយៈការទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិន និងធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនូវ បរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។

កិច្ចសហការរវាងស្ថាប័នវិជ្ជាជីវៈទាំងពីរនេះ គឺជាសមិទ្ធផលដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ស្ថាប័នវិជា្ជជីវៈទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការបំពេញបេសកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍សាធារណជនទូទៅ ក៏ដូចជាសហគមន៍ អ្នកច្បាប់ និងធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។ ម.ជ.ម. និងគណៈមេធាវី រំពឹងថាកិច្ចសហការនេះនឹងចូលរួមចំណែក ក្នុងការជម្រុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិតាមរយៈការទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគិន និងធ្វើឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនូវ បរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ចនៅកម្ពុជា។
MoU Signing Ceremony between National Commercial Arbitration Centre and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia
On 16 September 2021, at the BAKC, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) hosted a MoU Signing Ceremony presided by H.E. Ly Chantola, President of the BAKC, and Mr. Bun Youdy, President of the NCAC with the participation of the leadership from both institutions.
This cooperation is an important milestone for both institutions in fulfilling their respective and collective missions to serve the interests of the public as well as the legal and business community in Cambodia. NCAC and BAKC believe this cooperation will contribute to the increasing of economic growth by attracting investors and betterment of the business environment in Cambodia.
