Mr. Andy Rogers is one of the Executive Leadership Team at CEDR, working with clients and members, monitoring standards, and liaising with industry, and government.

Andy joined CEDR in 2005, and he was responsible for CEDR's communications, managing marketing and public relations for many years. He has consulted on numerous ADR projects, including ones in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to joining CEDR Andy was a Senior Communications Account Director in two public relations consultancies, where he headed business units, advising private corporations and government bodies on managing their reputations.

In his career, he has worked on and led projects in Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, Lebanon, Moldova, Morocco, Netherlands, Pakistan, Spain, Switzerland, and the UK.

Tracey is an independent Mediator, Facilitator, and Executive Coach. Since becoming a CEDR Accredited Mediator in 2003 she has mediated a wide range of disputes from commercial contracts, construction, academic, and clinical negligence cases.

Although trained as a Commercial Mediator Tracey has a special interest in employment and workplace cases. She is a Lead Faculty for CEDR’s Commercial Mediation Skills Training and Employment and Workplace Skills Training and has also developed and delivered training courses in the Advanced Negotiation Skills, Conflict Management, Difficult Conversations, for the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.

Tracey is on the Board of Trustees for CEDR and a CEDR Solve Panel Mediator, an NHS Resolve Panel Mediator, Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster, and Business Faculty for The School of Life.

Fehmi Karami graduated from the Lebanese University with a degree in Law in 1994; he finished his apprenticeship training and became a member of the Syndicate for Lawyers in 1996. He is currently an owning partner and senior lawyer in the Rachid Karami law firm in Tripoli, North Lebanon.
Fehmi was the first to introduce the concept of mediation as an ADR to north Lebanon societies.

In 2010, He was appointed by the president of Tripoli bar association to Draft the bylaw and rules of the bar’s newly established center of mediation and arbitration.
Since 2010, Fehmi was nominated as Project Coordinator of the ADR program with IFC, and he drafted the first mediation law which was submitted to the parliament by Tripoli bar Association.

Later, he has been assigned as a consultant at the World Bank particularly to draft the judicial mediation law.

Baria is a UK qualified barrister, arbitrator, mediator, and ADR consultant.

She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. Enjoying a highly varied ADR practice, Baria has helped clients across the spectrum resolve their disputes, including construction and engineering, banking and finance, partnership and shareholder, insurance, and employment/workplace matters.

With a keen interest in cultural and jurisdictional influences on ADR, Baria has undertaken substantial research into comparative practices, working with international donors and development agencies such as the World Bank, IFC, UNDP, Inter-American Development Bank, and the EU. A dual national, born and raised in Pakistan until the age of 10, she retains close ties with South Asia and speaks fluent Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, as well as rudimentary French.

Danny McFadden worked as a CEDR Director (London) since 2004 and currently represents CEDR in Asia through CEDR Asia Pacific. He is dually qualified as a lawyer both in Australia and the UK. He has been involved in negotiation, conflict resolution training, mediation, and international business for over 20 years.

Based in Hong Kong he mediates regularly in the commercial, employment, construction, succession and trusts, banking, insurance, and property sectors. He is also an expert trainer and facilitator providing training in conflict management, negotiation, change management, unconscious bias, and mediation to organizations such as the UN, EU, ADB, IHG, IFC, IMF, World Bank and MTR.

Since 2010 he has acted as Regional Mediator Asia Pacific for the World Bank Group. He currently teaches dispute resolution at Kobe University Japan and the International Peace and Dialogue Institute in Switzerland.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ វិច្ឆិកា ២០២១ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានសហការជាមួយ International Finance Corporation (IFC) ក្នុងការរៀបចំបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រោមការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរបស់ Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) ដែលជាស្ថាប័នជំនាញផ្នែកសន្ធានកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងមានទីស្នាក់ការនៅប្រទេសអង់គ្លេស។

On 15 November 2021, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) organized an Opening Ceremony of the Commercial Mediator Skills Training trained by Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), an organization specialized in commercial mediation based in London, the United Kingdom.
