Fehmi was the first to introduce the concept of mediation as an ADR to north Lebanon societies.
In 2010, He was appointed by the president of Tripoli bar association to Draft the bylaw and rules of the bar’s newly established center of mediation and arbitration.
Since 2010, Fehmi was nominated as Project Coordinator of the ADR program with IFC, and he drafted the first mediation law which was submitted to the parliament by Tripoli bar Association.
Later, he has been assigned as a consultant at the World Bank particularly to draft the judicial mediation law.

លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ប៊ុន យូឌី ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. និងធ្វើបទឧទ្ទេសនាមក្រោមប្រធានបទ "ដំណើរការមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា" នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាអនឡាញដែលនឹងរៀបចំឡើងដោយ កម្មវិធីថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រអន្តរជាតិផ្នែកនីតិសាស្ត្រនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង ជាមួយនិងសមាគមសាលាត្រាជូ។

On 25 November 2021, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and Ministry of Justice successfully organized an online workshop under the topic "The Enforcement and Recognition of the Award". This online workshop was chaired by H.E. Chiv Songhak, Secretary of State of Ministry of Justice and Mr. Bun Youdy, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre with honorable speakers; Dr. Anselmo Reyes and Sir. Bernard Eder who both are arbitrators, mediators, and former judges in Hong Kong and London. Supported by the Asian Development Bank, the workshop was hosted with the participations from judges and officers from Phnom Penh Court of Appeal and the 25 municipal and provincial courts.
