Webinar on Emergency Arbitrator

Emergency arbitration is a mechanism that allows parties of the dispute to seek interim measure before the constitution of the tribunal. Recently, NCAC Arbitration Rules has been amended, and introduced emergency arbitrator mechanism. Emergency Arbitrator shall issue award or order within 15 calendar days upon the appointment. Our trainers will provide in-depth training about how to be prepared as an Emergency Arbitrator, case study, time management/schedule and tip and strategy to deal with the case efficiency as an Emergency Arbitrator.
