ម.ជ.ម. បានចុះអនុស្សារណ:នៃការយោគយល់ជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនៃមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុង។
នៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានចុះអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់ជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនៃមជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិហុងកុង HKIAC ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើការជំរុញដល់ការប្រើប្រាស់មជ្ឈត្តការអន្តរជាតិឱ្យទៅជាយន្តការដែលពេញនិយមសម្រាប់ការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
NCAC entered into an MoU with HKIAC
On 16 June 2022, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ( HKIAC) to promote international arbitration as a preferred method for resolving cross border commercial disputes.

នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែ មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ កញ្ញា ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការស្ដីទីនៃ ម.ជ.ម. បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់និស្សិតជំនាញនីតិសាស្រ្តចំនួន ១៣ រូប ដឹកនាំដោយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាផ្នែកនីតិសាស្រ្តនៃមហាវិទ្យាល័យនីតិសាស្រ្តរបស់សកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្រ្តកម្ពុជា នៅទីស្នាក់ការ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ( ម.ជ.ម.)។ ការធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើននូវចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកមជ្ឈត្តការនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងមុខវិជ្ជានៃកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់សាកលវិទ្យាល័យផង។ កញ្ញាអគ្គលេខាធិការស្ដីទីបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងតួនាទីរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងវិស័យមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន ក៏ដូចជាការឆ្លើយសំណួរ និងសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ផងដែរ។
In the afternoon of June 23, 2022, Ms. MATH Fanita, Acting Secretary General of the NCAC, welcomed the study tour of 13 law students led by the Program Manager, Faculty of Law of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia, at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC).
The study tour aimed at increasing the knowledge of arbitration in Cambodia relating to the subjects provided in the study curriculum at PUC.
Acting Secretary-General presented the NCAC’s progress and the role of NCAC in commercial arbitration sector in Cambodia, answered questions, as well as shared experiences with the students.

កាលពីថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី ការណែនាំអំពីមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅឯសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះផងដែរ ត្រូវបានសហការរៀបចំឡើងដោយ ម.ជ.ម. និងកម្មវិធីបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រនីតិសាស្រ្តសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស ( ELBBL ) ដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យនិស្សិតមានការយល់ដឹងពីមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលជាយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការឲ្យកាន់តែលម្អិត ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះក៏មានការចូលរួមពីអនុប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. ប្រធាន និងអនុប្រធានកម្មវិធីបរិញ្ញាប័ត្រនីតិសាស្រ្តសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស ព្រមទាំងនិស្សិតផ្នែកច្បាប់ជាច្រើនរូបទៀត។
សិក្ខាសាលា ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ទៅជាមួយការប្រគល់វិធានស្តីពីមជ្ឈត្តការ និងវិធានផ្សេងៗទាក់ទងនឹងម.ជ.ម. ដើម្បីតម្កល់ទុកនៅបណ្តាល័យច្បាប់នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
On Saturday 25 June 2022, Mr. San Kiri, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), attended as a speaker in the workshop on Introduction to Commercial Arbitration in Cambodia at Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). The workshop was co-organized by the NCAC and English Language Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) of RULE to provide in-depth understanding of commercial arbitration being an alternative dispute resolution mechanism for resolving commercial disputes, to the participants. The event was also participated by NCAC Vice President, Head and Deputy Head of ELBBL, and law students. The workshop was concluded with the handover of NCAC Arbitration Rules and NCAC related rules for the Law Libraries of Royal University of Law and Economics.
