On 𝟏𝟗 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham Cambodia) co-hosted a Business Community Forum on Commercial Arbitration in Cambodia to raise awareness on the services offered by the NCAC, focusing on Construction, Real Estate , Corporate and Commercial Disputes.

There were two panel discussions on the effectiveness and efficiency in solving such dispute through Arbitration Proceeding at the NCAC.

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់និស្សិតចំនួន ៣១ រូប ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ផន ឈៀងឡេង នៃកម្មវិធីសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រមកពី វិទ្យាស្ថានហរិញ្ញវត្ថុ និងគណនេយ្យ (IFA) នៅទីស្នាក់ការ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ( ម.ជ.ម.)។ ការធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើននូវចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកមជ្ឈត្តការនៅកម្ពុជា។ កញ្ញាអគ្គលេខាធិការ ម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងតួនាទីរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងវិស័យមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងធ្វើការចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ ក៏ដូចជាការឆ្លើយសំណួរ និងសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ផងដែរ។
