Yes, the Colorado Appellate Court has ruled that Tina's sentence was unconstitutional (1st amendment mostly) and ordered a new sentencing hearing.

They do uphold her conviction, however.

So not much has changed except that she will get a new sentencing hearing, and the judge assigned to that MIGHT decide that this circus has gone on long enough and resentence her to time served. It's not a slam dunk and I don't want to give you unreasonable hope.
