A Federal judge in Florida reversed another judge's ruling and ordered the Department of Homeland Security to restore key features of its Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements system, which states use to verify citizenship and immigration status for voter rolls.

The anti American lawfare long infecting our Judicial System is beyond obvious to the American people now.

This transparency was necessary to drive public demand (vote share) for judicial reform. Constitutionally, Congress is the only way to enforce needed reform.

The House has the power to impeach any judge, including Supreme Court justices. This SCOTUS precedent was set in 1804 (Chase). The Senate, as with all impeachments, controls the trails and outcome.

A successful MAGA insurgency at midterms would give WTP the power to impeach every activist judge that has either engaged in anti American lawfare (includes election security/integrity cases) over the past ten years and/or that has ruled excessively lenient in pedophile cases.

This lenient judicial philosophy includes SCOTUS justice, KB Jackson.

With 117 total Trump-endorsed candidates lined up (8 Senate, 108 House), we should see a firm MAGA majority established in the House.

With 35 senate seats up for grabs, there are 13 available to be flipped from blue to red. Senate races should also yield a firm MAGA majority.

Historically, a Congressional majority is established by 5 or less seats. Which is why Republicans gaining 10 seats via redistricting, is such a big deal.

Evening Musings On The Front Porch At Tomotley:

A later than usual start for my musings today. However, the temperature is not as HOT now as it was earlier.

I spent time this afternoon on phone calls with two very dear friends. One who is searching for God to understand who He is and another who is trying to break free from the stronghold of the traditions of man-made “Christian” church. They were edifying conversations. And I admit, I often would rather talk than write!!!

Then I had to catch up with President Trump’s Truth Social messages. WOW, they have been HOT today as he has been raking the communists over the coals!!!

I love President Trump and what he is trying to do for our country. And he has a unique method for conveying TRUTH in his social media posts!!!

There is a “method to his madness!!!” Some say there is a “method to my madness.” I agree with them.

I hope your afternoon has been enjoyable too.

In 2020, I was a big Lindsey Graham fan, especially after the Kavanaugh confirmation “show.” I even made a modest donation to his campaign in 2020.

Over time, I was no longer a Graham fan for a variety of reasons. This is not a day to hash out those reasons.

I live and learn.

We can disagree with another’s politics, their faith, and their morals, yet we should still respect them for their service.

After all, none of us is perfect.

Lindsey 2.0 came back strong in support of President Trump in recent years. I respected that role that he played at a critical time in our nation’s history.

Lindsey was one of a kind.

We ALL are.

My view on life changed dramatically when I was reborn a new creation in Christ in August of 2018 at age 66.

I remain imperfect and still a sinner even as I live and learn more about Jesus Christ and His character. I am still learning. I will continue to learn until I depart this world for Heaven on the day He chose for me in the beginning. My days are numbered and my steps are ordered.

I also learned quite a bit after the November 3, 2020 “election” even though I had some understanding as to what was going on in our country before that infamous day.

Over time, my opinions on quite a few people evolved and changed.

I observed who was truly fighting to FIX 2020 and who was profiting off our nation’s turmoil with lip service as they waited to seize power for themselves.

I pray for knowledge, wisdom, and discernment every day.

God will liberally give those things to those who truly seek them from Him.

All things come from God.

I am imperfect just like you.

I pray that as long as you live, you will keep learning.

I don’t know what happened to Lindsay Graham- I do know he died not being as rich as other Senators… the truth needs to be looked into.
