- Unlawfully disclosing National Defense Information on or about October 5, 2016
- Conspiring to leak National Defense Information by directing "Individual #1" to hand classified defense information to a reporter right before the 2016 election
Comey also whined that the charges are an "appalling abuse of the Department of Justice" โ rich coming from the man who weaponized the FBI against Donald Trump in 2016
This marks the THIRD time the Justice Department has brought federal charges against Comey, and prosecutors beat the 10-year statute of limitations by filing the case under seal right at the October 5 deadline

Today @VP and @SecRollins announced that ranchers across 40 states are expected to receive $57M through the Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Program.
Through this funding, @usdaRD will invest across 147 tentative awards to help small and medium-sized independent processors expand capacity, boost market competition, and improve supply chain resiliency.
