The CCP Background of Jesse Zhu (祝加贝) the De Facto Controller Behind the Las Vegas-Reedley Illegal Biolab Network!

• As the case continues to unfold, mysterious severe illnesses have emerged, an illegal-immigrant “property manager” illegally possessing firearms has been detained—what exactly is this transnational bioterrorism network?

Reports indicate that the garage of the residence was consistently kept locked;
there were three refrigerators inside the garage;
the room smelled “like a hospital—but not a clean hospital, rather, a foul, stagnant, and decaying odor with no air circulation”;
within days of entering the garage, two individuals became so ill that they were “unable to get out of bed,” described as “deadly ill”;
the whistleblower also told police that there were “large numbers of dead crickets” inside the house, and that multiple people had already fallen ill.

• The specific causes of illness remain under investigation.

• Law enforcement discovered more than 1000 unidentified biological samples inside the garage, including vials containing unknown liquids stored in refrigerators.

• These samples are currently undergoing federal testing.

• Police confirmed that the illegal laboratory was effectively controlled by a so-called “property manager,” Ori Solomon, age 55.

• Available evidence and public records show that Jesse Zhu is the 2nd son of Zhu Zongxiang (祝总骧)—a senior expert in the CCP’s military-civil fusion medical sector and a figure with high-level CCP background—and Zhu Pengdi (朱蓬弟), who is also a med expert in a national institute. Their eldest son is Zhu Ming (祝明).
Zhu’s network in China exhibits clear family-based coordination: his mother, elder brother, and wife Wang Chaoyan (王朝艳) all control or are affiliated with multiple companies within Zhu’s China–U.S. commercial and technology network, with these relationships documented in corporate and legal records.

In addition, Zhu owns and operates immigration intermediary companies in China, which openly cooperate with the public security system.
This entire arrangement took shape after Jesse Zhu assisted the CCP in successfully stealing the core proprietary breeding technology of the U.S. company XY LLC, valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. He then used cross-jurisdictional lawfare to delay accountability for more than a decade, refusing to compensate the victim, until he was eventually imprisoned.
