🔻 My Thoughts: The silver lining

It sucks… but I think after reading what Clarence Thomas wrote, this was the correct decision.

Allowing Lawsuits to punish companies AFTER harm occurs— It was essentially a bandaid to fix a much larger problem. The ruling actually highlights that the real power lies with the EPA’s authority to set labels and approve (or ban) chemicals.

A national standard decided in Washington is better than a messy system where every state jury can force different warnings. This ruling forces MAHA to focus energy on passing stronger federal laws instead of fighting endless state-by-state legal battles.
