[NOTICE]

On 28 July, Orientation for the ‘Big 4’ student clubs – Students’ Union, Cultural Activities Club, Welfare Services Club and Sports Club – will begin, followed by the Halls’ and Schools’ Orientation till 11 August.

As we welcome our freshmen to campus, please be aware that some noise is to be expected while they engage in their Orientation activities.

The campus food courts and canteens may be more crowded than usual, especially from 7th to 11th August, as many freshmen will be at the academic complexes, and having their meals in and around these locations.

To reduce crowding at the dining areas on campus during this time, please consider leaving your seat as soon as you finish your meal, to allow others a seat to consume theirs. Alternatively, you may wish to bring your own food, order takeout, or eat elsewhere on campus.

For more information, please refer to the email from our Associate Provosts (Student Life).
