Today marks the launch of the Peer Helping Programme (PHP) Cozy Hub – an initiative by NTU’s Peer Helping Programme – at the Global Lounge (near the Student Activities Centre)!
From noon to 1pm today, there will be a lunchtime talk at LT1A where our University Wellbeing Centre counsellor will share on how you can foster psychological well-being both in school and at home.
Come on down from noon to 3pm, and stand a chance to get a self-care pack (while stocks last) and ask basic questions about mental health as well!
