Richmond, American Civil War 1865.
Seem to be carpet bombed, a way to reset a city, so they can coverup the past!

Still interesting what happens in the past with odd things going on. Like the city of Richmond with these photos above sure doesn’t add up for the time they say it was and the so-called weapons of that time … Something else was going on that they aren’t telling us; another way too destroy the old and cover-up things… with a reset to the city… and there’s many examples of cities experiencing great fires that destroys the city and nobody seems to be worried and Cost of rebuilding no worries there… there seems to be a lot of inconsistencies going on. Even golf courses are ways of covering up buildings that once stood there. Which can be up in the air when it comes to what was there? Even old architecture buildings that are massive that don’t add up to the demographics of a low population, town or city of that time and resources… enough people to be skilled to do the task doesn’t add up. Even some buildings don’t have a record when it was built which is highly suspicious.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/City-state
A city-state is an independent sovereign city which serves as the center of political, economic, and cultural life over its contiguous territory.[1] They have existed in many parts of the world since the dawn of history, including cities such as Rome, Carthage, Athens and Sparta and the Italian city-states during the Middle Ages and Renaissance, such as Florence, Venice, Genoa and Milan.
With the rise of nation states worldwide, there remains some disagreement on the number of modern city-states that still exist; Singapore, Monaco and Vatican City are the candidates most commonly discussed. Out of these, Singapore is the largest and most populous, and is generally considered to be the last real city-state left in the world, with full sovereignty, international borders, its own currency, a robust military, and substantial international influence in its own right.[2] The Economist refers to the nation as the "world's only fully functioning city-state".[3]
Several non-sovereign cities enjoy a high degree of autonomy and are often confused for city-states. Hong Kong, Macau,[4][5] and members of the United Arab Emirates—most notably Dubai and Abu Dhabi—are often cited as such.
