My heart will yearn for this fall in Minnesota. How could I leave this state without long-lasting grief?!

so'z isboti bilan. it's crazy to think about whole relationships in our life affect our overall health, mental, physical, anything.

Van der Kolk writes in his book the Body Keeps the Score that we think we try to do things individually and alone, we want to be independent. But every single action of us is tied to other people. The way we talk, think, act is the consequence of our earlier actions, the culture people have built, for the people around.

we are never alone in anything. there is always people behind, during and after.

i meant this fall.

i think i am the last person on earth who finished reading first book of the Hunger Games series.

Two more books of the Hunger Games series to go. I will make a video review maybe?!
