Iranian Parliament Speaker Qalibaf:

"Our military and strategic response to any miscalculation by the enemy will be unpredictable."

The response will disregard geographic limits and target the enemy's material and non-material assets.

The Commander-in-Chief has defined Iran's military strategy against a possible attack. The Americans and their regional proxies learned in the last two imposed wars that the era of excess is over.

Threats and military action will not force Iran to surrender.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi:

In my interview with Al Jazeera network, I affirmed that we harbor no hostility toward the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and we appreciate the positive role played by Qatar and Oman, and we continue the dialogue with Saudi Arabia. Our goal is to reach new regional security arrangements carried out by the countries of the region themselves, away from any foreign military presence.

BIG | 🇺🇦🇷🇺‼️‼️ A UN REPORT DOCUMENTS WIDESPREAD SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND TORTURE AGAINST UKRAINIAN PRISONERS OF WAR IN RUSSIAN CUSTODY! According to the September 2026 report, the abuse is not limited to isolated incidents but reflects a widespread pattern across Russian detention facilities.

The UN documented 1,004 cases of conflict-related sexual violence between February 2022 and July 2026, attributing 89% to Russian authorities. Among 915 interviewed former Ukrainian POWs and detained medical personnel, 63% reported experiencing sexual violence. Documented abuses included rape, gang rape, genital mutilation, electric shocks, beatings, forced nudity, sexual humiliation, and threats of rape or castration. Cases were identified in more than 160 detention facilities across occupied Ukrainian territories and 25 Russian regions. The UN warned that the actual scale may be considerably higher because of underreporting and restricted independent access.

The findings raise serious concerns about systematic violations of international humanitarian law and the treatment of Ukrainian prisoners in Russian custody. The documented pattern of abuse underscores the importance of independent investigations, accountability for perpetrators, and unrestricted access to detention facilities. Fear of retaliation and psychological trauma may mean many victims have yet to come forward.
