RT @tak_ya_anna: 🚨 DISINFORMATION ALERT: False allegations about Ukrainian soldiers are spreading internationally.
An incident in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, near Kyiv, is being presented on social media as evidence that Ukrainian soldiers were secretly detained and tortured.
But the facts tell a different story.
Ukraine’s National Police has explicitly denied allegations of unlawful detention and a reported death.
Investigative journalists from http://Slidstvo.Info have also established that the private ambulance company linked to the incident stopped operating in 2023, while the vehicle involved was sold in 2024.
Yet sensational claims are already circulating internationally, often without this crucial context.
This is how an unverified allegation can become a weapon of information warfare.
The potential consequences go far beyond one viral post: undermining public trust, provoking confrontation within Ukrainian society, discrediting Ukraine’s defenders, and weakening confidence in the institutions supporting the war effort.
These outcomes directly serve Russia’s strategic interests. However, identifying who initiated or coordinated the narrative requires further investigation.
Ukraine is defending itself against Russian aggression. That makes factual accuracy, independent journalism, and accountability more important — not less.
Do not turn allegations into established facts. Do not amplify claims that have already been officially denied without reporting those denials.
Verify before sharing.

🚨🇺🇦 An angry crowd near Kyiv tried to BREAK THROUGH the gates of a building after allegations emerged that Ukrainian soldiers were being secretly detained and tortured inside.
The footage is rather disturbing.
People are kicking at the gates, demanding access, while reports describe tear gas being sprayed from inside the property.
Initial claims suggested around 40 SOLDIERS had been held there for weeks, with medical personnel allegedly prevented from reaching them.
Ukraine's National Guard and police DENY that people are being held hostage or illegally detained.
Police say the confrontation began after private ambulance workers reported being denied access to someone at the property, which was occupied by National Guard personnel.
The crowd suspects something serious is being concealed. Authorities say the detention allegations are false.
What happened inside that building still needs to be established.

RT @ShaunPinnerUA: According to http://Slidstvo.Info, the 14-year-old entered the property during the unrest by climbing a tree and getting over the fence. BBC News Ukraine reports that he had previously climbed onto the fence, thrown bricks and threatened security forces.
Shocker…..If these reports are accurate, I wouldn’t be surprised to see arrests follow.

I think there will be some serious questions to answer once this dies down, and potentially arrests.
Claims of medics pretending to be doctors, people with no connection to the medical company, questionable ambulance vans, and now statements reportedly from the prisoners themselves denying torture allegations and agreeing to go to the front. 🤷♂️
Then there are photos of 14-year-olds apparently unrelated to the house in question.
It’s bizarre, to say the least. - Shaun Pinnertweet

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on Trump:
I didn't know what Trump was going to do initially, and then they kept indicting him, and he got more popular.
Think about this. How crazy is this? You run for office, you usually think it's a good thing if your opponent gets indicted.
I'm sitting there praying, "Don't indict him. Don't indict him," because I know he's going to get more popular.

RT @joni_askola: Yesterday’s event near Kyiv was a staged and coordinated Russian psyop run by identified bad-faith actors. Russian psyops exploit vulnerabilities like mobilization. While mobilization needs improvement, it will continue as Russia’s war persists. Traitors must face justice https://twitter.com/joni_askola/status/2117539968252104987/photo/1
