Job Scope:
• Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote banking products and share product knowledge
• Acquire new customers and contribute towards daily sales targets
• Guide customers through digital account opening and application processes
• Assist customers with product enquiries, promotions, features and benefits
• Provide basic banking assistance and direct customers to the appropriate channels
• Ensure accurate and complete customer submissions
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain basic housekeeping

📋 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcoming guests and delivering VIP food & beverage service

• Black tall dress socks
