This chief minister fellowship is a scam.
Politically aligned "chele" will get the fellowship and then the seat in administration as well.
This is basically a NEW class of reservation for political stakeholders and deprivation for the meritorious students.
Even the OBC - Gen cutt off has less difference than 7-8 marks. Creating this class of new Parasites on blood and cells of hardworking aspirants who may have been PhD scholars/Doctors as well if opted for this Leloship/shit then they could have a better career.
