How To Activate CSIR Fellowship:
CSIR JRF ACTIVATION PROCESS STEP BY STEP :
1. Download the Annexure II from CSIR HRDG website, first page is undertaking by the research fellow on acceptance of fellowship, second one is declaration by the research fellow, then attestation, then topic of research( you have to tick your area of research), again an undertaking, and then there is a new joining from which you can just search on any browser and download it ( new joining form csir JRF). So in total these are 6 pages. Apart from this , write an application in the name of the chairperson of your dept and it's subject should be : Forwarding for joining report. Okay now basically these are 7 pages that you have to fill, get them attested by the head of dept and your proposed supervisor , wherever it is required.
2. Now coming to the documents that you have to attach. 10th, 12th , Graduation, Masters Marksheet/Degree. CSIR JRF score-card as well as certificate. Bank passbook photocopy( any bank),PAN CARD & ADHAAR CARD'S Photocopy, Caste certificate if applicable, and a passport size photo pasted on a A4 plain sheet.
All of these photocopies should be self attested.
3. Prepare 2 copies of the above two points : the CSIR annexure's and the documents. Submit one copy to the concerned department.
4. Now you have to go to the scholarship cell of your institution where csir JRF is activated. For that you need this set that you have prepared, Along with that you need soft copies, maybe in a pendrive or you can mail them. Soft copy of. :
1. The annexures (apart from the application that you have written in the name of the chairperson). So the 6 pages that you'll download from CSIR website , you'll fill them, get them attested and then make a PDF of these 6 pages, the size should be below 1 mb)
And now pdf of all other documents separately ( keep in mind ye pdf ussi set mein se bnani hai jo self attest kia hai)
10th marksheet, Graduation marksheet,
Post graduation marksheet, Pan card
Bank passbook, Csir jrf certificate, Caste certificate , Adhaar card And Jo photo apne A4 size pr paste kri thi
In sbki separate separate PDF bnani hai.
Size should be below 1 mb. Pdf Name mein koi special characters, space, number use na ho.
5. Now ek set toh apne dept mein deposit kardia Ye dusra set, and softcopies leke, Visit the scholarship dept, The concerned person will upload all of your data on the CSIR portal.
6. An application number will be generated, us application number se, new FMS portal par, keep checking the status, within 5-6 days wo verify hojayega.
7. When it gets verified, you will recieve a text message from CSIR , jisme username and password hoga, Issey new FMS portal par login krke you will be able to download the award letter.
8. After that ye award letter ka print out and ek performa jisme apke proposed supervisor ka name or details ho ye dono scholarship cell mein submit krne hai.
9. Within a few days you will receive an email from CSIR JISME apki unique ID
Ek aisa same mail apke supervisor ko ayega.
10. Uske baad CSIR AMS FELLOW portal par register krke, you can login and you can submit your monthly attendance
11. After you submit the attendance, inform your guide, wo login krke usey approve kar denge.
12. Then wo University se approve hojayega.
13. After that within a week csir se approve hoke fellowship credit hojayegi.
Unlike Ugc , Csir mein sab kuch online hai, har month portal par hi Attendance submit krni hai.
