University me Assistant Professor banna chahte ho...To ye 4 tariko se Ban skte ho!
⸻
🧩 1️⃣ NET / SET ke through selection (sabse common rasta)
Ye sabse standard aur recognized tarika hai:
• Step 1: Master’s degree me minimum 55% marks (SC/ST ke liye 50%) hona zaroori hai.
• Step 2: UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) ya State SET (State Eligibility Test) qualify karna hota hai.
• Step 3: Phir college/university level ke recruitment me apply karte ho (state PSC ya university ke advertisement ke through).
• Step 4: Interview hota hai (kabhi kabhi written bhi hota hai) — selection ho jata hai.
👉 Is route se aapko Assistant Professor (Regular) post mil sakti hai.
⸻⸻
🧩 2️⃣ University ki Direct Vacancy (Interview-based)
• Kai Private Universities, aur kuch Autonomous Colleges, apne level par direct interview-based hiring karti hain.
• Agar aap NET/SET qualified ho to preference milti hai,
lekin kuch jagah PhD holders ko bhi directly hire kar lete hain (as per UGC norms).
• Ye mostly contractual ya permanent dono ho sakti hai, depend karta hai institution par.
⸻⸻⸻
🧩 3️⃣ PhD ke through (without NET/SET)
• Agar aap PhD complete kar lete ho UGC Regulations 2021 ke according,
to aap NET/SET ke bina bhi eligible ho jaate ho Assistant Professor ke liye.
• Lekin condition ye hai ki PhD UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure), 2009 or 2021 Regulations ke tahat hi honi chahiye.
👉 Matlab — agar PhD valid hai, to NET/SET exempted ho jaate ho.
⸻⸻⸻
🧩 4️⃣ Guest Faculty / Adhoc se Entry
• Kai log guest lecturer ya adhoc assistant professor ke roop me start karte hain.
• Experience milta hai, network banta hai, aur baad me regular post milne ke chances badhte hain.
