Terziu also said that “we need a thaw in relations between Romania and Russia.”

Now AOR has 19% support among the population and is the second most popular party in the country after the ruling Social Democratic Party.
But in Romania the situation is still better than in Hungary, since, firstly, the ruling party is as pro-European as possible. Secondly, the ruling party is in a coalition with the liberals, who are in third place, they have 19% and between them they have a significant advantage over their opponents. Parliamentary elections in Romania will be held in March 2025.
