In response to this, CNN writes, Zelensky said that refusing another position would not affect the decision to resign.

Obviously we don’t know lots of the stuff happening behind the curtains. But for sure dismissing General Zaluzhnyi is not a good move for Ukrainian people’s morale… I don’t support this…

Turkish banks began to close accounts of companies from Russia

Companies from the Russian Federation were faced with the closure of accounts in Turkish banks, and individuals wishing to open a bank card faced tougher requirements.

After threats of inclusion in the American sanctions list, banks tightened their requirements, closing the accounts of a significant part of Russian companies and banks. Particularly affected were companies using Turkey for transit operations and oil and gas traders.

Banks are advising companies to terminate transactions and close accounts, especially those who used Turkey as a transit jurisdiction. The requirements for minimum account balances for new individual clients have also been increased.
