I've messed up with this shit rich text thing but I handled it (finally)

Even though majority voted for new one, some people says: "Use this format for links like Download and Source Code. Some of the text is unnecessarily large, so reduce the font sizes. The screenshots also look really bad and need significant improvement in their layout and presentation." that the new one is looks ugly. Do you have any recommendations before I post?
