Hectic

It means busy and filled with activity, excitement, or confusion.

The most common use case is to describe a period of time or event.

For example:
I have a hectic day.
That's a hectic holiday.

You can't use it to describe a person, instead, you should use busy.

I've been very busy today
It's been a hectic day
