Following community feedback, the pSTAKE team is implementing the below changes:
♦️0 ETH gas fees for staking $ATOM and $XPRT via pSTAKE
♦️New airdrop eligibility for month 2 onwards - stake either 20 $ATOM OR 100 $XPRT
These updates will facilitate seamless one-step liquid staking with relatively negligible network gas fees, while making the full airdrop more accessible to participants.

Retroactive Rewards Update: Distribution Begins February 24th
The retroactive rewards for stkATOM and stkXPRT liquidity providers on SushiSwap will be distributed in monthly batches over 6 months, beginning from February 24th. 6M $PSTAKE tokens have been allocated to LP stakers.
Eligible participants will need to submit a Persistence wallet address for distribution.

$PSTAKE Distribution Update for CoinList Sale Participants
$PSTAKE tokens have been disbursed to the non-custodial ERC-20 addresses submitted by participants via CoinList or updated with the pSTAKE team within the deadline through an address change request.
As per the schedule outlined during the sale, 25% of the tokens have been distributed today (February 24th) and the remaining will follow the vesting period as described (12.5% every month for the next 6 months).

Eliminating ETH Gas Fees for Liquid Stakers
pSTAKE's liquid staking mechanism has been updated to address the following user issues:
♦️Complexity of minting stkASSETs
♦️High gas fees on Ethereum when minting stkASSETs
pSTAKE users now directly stake PoS assets (ATOM or XPRT) and mint ERC-20 stkASSETs (stkATOM or stkXPRT) in a single transaction.
This not only makes the process much more simple, thereby reducing the barrier to entry for new users, but it also eliminates ETH gas fees for pSTAKE users during the liquid staking process.
Additionally, the updates make the full $PSTAKE airdrop much more accessible to eligible participants.
